what im after is some thing that will attatch 2 bits of ducting to one end and and has just one bit of ducting going out.
like the diagram below which is just a quick drawing to show wat a mean, a dont mean that shape or anything to to try an explain cos this thing might not even exist as fas a i know

. its for 2 extraction fans to go up into my loft by using 1 hole.

you will be able to buy a ready made Y - shape piece of ducting, try greens. or, big plastic storage box with a sealable lid, cut it to size.

Y piece sometimes called trouser piece is a common duct fitting. You have to be careful that the fans are equally balanced, and that both run at the same time, otherwise one fan will push a proportion of it's output through the other fan route. I would fit non return dampers after each fan outlet so that there is no possibility of the above happening.
Non return damper is a simple flap that can only open in one direction, i.e toward exhaust.

yeah thats wat was looking for speedemon, nice one.
ill be having the fans on constantly but not sure ill be able to get them even cos ones high powered an ones low. would i need some of them non return dampers then yeh?

Yeah mate you will need a damper which will also work if rooms are not equal distance appart.
