So I got all excited when I saw their list of products but then the comedown was wondering how stealthy I need to be when I go in and out. Bit weird, I wouldnt mind going in except ive got a grow going, outdoors, okay, but dont they have these places covered? cctv and al that?

You can get everything you need to do a guerrila grow at a regular garden center (except seeds). If you want the more exotic stuff like guano and plagron then you can either order online or go to a growshop. I've never been bothered about going to a growshop as they would have to follow me for a long time between shopping and visiting a plant. I dont think the cops ever stake thoose places out as they'd go out of business prety quick, theyd rather send an undercover in and try to get to growshop owner to give them some info on how to grow cannabis and bam arest them for conspiracy.

Stickybud. Are you saying growshop owners grass up, or steal from their costomers?? I should think most have better business strategies and all have better things to do with their time, like maintaining a buisness and looking after their own genetics.

Not at all, it's just they do sell obvious canabis cultivation equipment, which can attract criminals. Not the occasional GG or small scale indoor cultivator, but serious organised crims. Some of the bigger shops look very slick, but my local grow shop is a magnet for heavily tatooed geezers with missing teeth. If the police decided to raid the joint for any reason, they'd probably take the bank records too...better to stick with cash.

I think its a given that you should pay with cash, park up a fair distance from the shop, and walk a bit of a twisting route back to your car. You cant do much more than that!

Dress up as Darth Vader, put a Vietnamese pointy straw hat on and stride down the street, fling open the door, brandish your light sabre, and demand low prices, that should do it.......... nobody will ever notice or bat an eyelid.

Just walk in there with an empty box and a clip board on top of it. That way you look like the delivery guy and not a customer. I have to admit i've done this at a few shows before, wearing a t-shirt of one of the companies at the show. Saved £25 quid entry fee!

I walk into shops because I think its unlikely the feds will just sit outside a shop. I know they are complete wastes of space but Im sure they do have better things to do like fill out forms and haress litter bugs etc. I think it also depends on the shops. The ones Iv been to have been quite low profile and have had veg growing in a tent but iv been in one where they had weed growing in the back room. I think they are the places to avoid. If possible park round the side or a lil way away if your para and just try to be in and out.

Weed growing in the back room ??I remember hearing several years ago of a shop in the north that did a thriving backdoor business supplying clones I dont know if he is still trading or not but he was knocking them out for a fiver a pop,thats the sort of shop to avoid like the plague
