Full Version: Water Temperature - Essence
Hi .. I have just brewed my first PM Essence. It has had almost 12 hours aerating. The starting temp of the water, when I added the Essence was 31degC, but over night it has settled at about 24degC.
It has frothed up fairly well, but not as much as the picture on the instructions. Is 24degC sufficient to activate the bio-cultures well enough to work properly?
