Hi all this is my first attempt at growing on me own and my first post here so hello all. I am currently growing a single power plant in soil in a pot in my yard. It was vegged for around 8wks and has now been on 12-12 for 1wk. She goes into my garage for her 12hrs darkness.
I'm up to scratch on sexing plants and its a girl.
This is the plant.....


At present she's about 4 foot, not topped (although in hindsight) and has just been left alone. She's been watered every other day with rain water and fed with either tomatoe food or miricle grow once or twice a wk.
I am going to start her on proper nutes this week as she is going into her 2nd week of flower time.

Is it best to start feeding the bloom food slow and build up ? or should i start with full recommened amount ?

I also have a mini greenhouse that she will live in as the weather gets worse, hopefully it won't !!

I don't appear to have any problems with insects ,..although i'm no expert there! She was bug sprayed at 4 weeks and this week which doesn't seem to have effected growth.

Any other tips at all ? Or advice....? Any think i should be carefull of ?

Hi very beautifully plant you have ether lush. only thing i can think of is if you have enough hight space in you room as its going to get tall. should give you a good smoke if all goes to plan mam.

I have thought about height and how much taller she'll get. During the 12hrs dark she's locked in the garage which is pitch black no light leaks. With a big box on top just in case!

At present during the day she's just outside with no cover, i do have a mini green house which has about 1ft spare in height, which i had planned to start using when buds show. If she does top this height wise i was planning on lifting the mini greenhouse from the bottom with blocks and filing the gaps.

I've never grown this way before so any tips views on what to expect would be great.

I reckon you will need a lot more height,they can double in size in flowering so a lot more will be needed.looks very healthy though,she may need extra food now as well,i would try half strength on the Bloom as its the best way to see if she likes it then raise it.

Is the pot size ok ?

The pot size looks fine to me,most people finish in 6 or 7 litre pots and yours looks about right.I'm a first time grower myself so still learning!.I'm sure the growers with experience will be on soon though to help you out!
