i hope everyone is paired with a bird for it was fuckin tough going the last time i hitched over with a mate. (earlier this yr) we really should of split up and met again but it was so cold we probably didnt even think of that at the time some looooooong waits in Holland with 2 people Im usually quite lucky with the hitching but Holland is my hitchin jonah! will be easier with a bird as we both look like tramps haha. It no more dangerous than the train.

Just plan your route, know what the good places are to wait and to get dropped off. Don't take rides that go out of your way (even if you have been waiting a few hours), and don't take rides you have a bad feeling about. Smile, look tidy - and you'll be suprised at what a fun way to travel it is...

It was fucking sweet. Got a few good lifts. Couldn't manage one from Hoek Van Holland to Amsterdam so had to get a train which was only €15 so sweet enough.
