I have had my plants in my Wilma for 2 weeks now.

They are in Rockwool cubes in clay pebbles.

I have used PlantStart for the first 2 weeks, but am now moving into new teratory with General Hydroponics Flora 3 part nutrients as I wanted to try some more advanced nutrients this time.

Can someone please give me a feeding guide for my grow with these nutrients. Also, how long and when should my pump be running?
Do I need to run the pump all the time because the pebbles hold very little water?

Any advice would be brilliant!

I've seen monster colas grown with GH nutes and no other additives and they followed the dosage on the label. A ratio of 3/2/1 for veg and 1/2/3 for bloom iirc. Of course it was the system that gave the huge buds but GH are good good enough nutes on their own to give you what you want. Check out the GH site, lots of advice there.

I've no experience with the Wilma but if some are using it with full strength nutes then I can't see why you shouldn't.

Anyone else got a good feeding schedule? The bottles say nothing about concentrations. Should I just follow the directions on the general hydroponics website? How good is this schedule?

Also my other question - how often should I run the timer for the pump? There is conflicting information I have seen and I am confused and would like to know your opinions on when to run my timer in my wilma 10 pot. Plants in a rockwool cube in clay pebbles.
When should I have my timer on? I am running 18/6 lighting schedule with 600w hps. Do I leave the pump on 24/7, twice a day? What times in relation to light cycle?

With the nutrients, they do not mention the TDS of the water at the end, so do I just add exactly what it says to my res and assume that that EC is however high, I will not know how high it should be?

Are there other feeding schedules that you would recommend?

How good is this schedule?

It's General Hydroponics, they supply the nutes to NASA for growing stuff in space. They know what they're doing.

I have my pump on timer. It comes on for 15mins in every hr while lights are on. When lights off, I give them a drink once, halfway thru there lights off period..
This is for clay pebbles growing only. I`ve had no problems..Hope this helps, cheers

Google "Lucas Formula" - it basically does away with the grow bottle and only uses bloom and micro to achieve greatness without the need for any cal mag. I've not run it but some people swear by it in hydro.

I think I shall stick with the GH feeding schedule then!

Is there a max EC for this nutrient, or just do it as it says on the schedule?

Do you use these at full strength?

Mintball
Just draining tank, should I use at full strength - They are in veg, 4 sets of true leaves. Do I use as per schedule for the whole of veg 7ml per 10 litres of flora gro, bloom and micro.

Is this ok? Would like to follow the flora guide for nutrients but need to know should I go for the same strengths as the flora application chart and then check the EC with the flora calculator on the gh website?

Did you get the little card with the feeding programme on it then mate? I have these nutes to and to be honest I was struggling so switched back to my Vita Link range, but as mentioned above try the Lucas Formula. As for e.c level that can be strain dependant, from memory I was using half the recommended amount in my bubbler system, but like I said I could not get o with the 3 part nutes as 2 is so simple lol.gif a stoner likes simple.
Mintball
I didnt get a card or anything. Thats why I was unsure of the concentrations to use.

Do I run their nutrient schedule at the strength they suggest then check it with the PPM tester from the gh website?
speedemon
I will check my card tomorow and post the infor for you smile.gif for now check with ppm and use the ghe site.

I was running it at 1.1.1, but am now trying Rez Dog's 0.9.6 [Grow.Bloom.Micro] all seems good, sadly could not do a sensible side by side...

I have used the GH schedule and checked the EC with the floracalc on the GH website. Pretty accurate.

I used 7ml per litre of grow, bloom and micro as stated and the EC was almost bang on what it said it should be so cant be bad.

These plants are growing so fast in the wilma it is untrue!

I think i was slightly overwatering, so have put it now to 4 times during the light cycle so hopefully this will be enough for these plants.

They are 2 weeks old now, and are about 6 inches tall and are very lush and bushy. Lots of growth. I love my babies!!!

I am using lucas formula with GH at ratio of ~ 0/1.25/2.5 per litre at ec of 1.2 for veg...and 1.8 for flower they're good nutes.

No need for grow.. this is From The Resevoir Seeds Section on icmag posted by REZDOG himself

You've been asking exactly how I do what I do,with ferts, for a good long time.
This is a recipe for anybody to follow, based on my decade-plus experiences with GenHy's Flora Series.
It does smokin' good for me,your results may vary.
I'm always tweaking the above,and you should,too.

==The Recipe==

(All Products are GenHydro,pH at 5.8-6.0 pH)
(All measurements are per gal.)
6ml flora micro
9ml flora bloom
Kool-Bloom POWDER

VEGETATIVE STAGE AT 24 HRS. LIGHT ON
(18/6,optional)

Veg,Feed:

6ml flora micro
9ml flora bloom

Use the above 1/2-strength on seedlings and clones to 10" tall, then feed full-strength>on.

Based on 63 day 12/12 Flower Cycle:

Day 1-14
6ml micro
9ml bloom

Day 15-21
6ml micro
9ml bloom
1 tsp./Gal. Kool-Bloom POWDER (ONE FEED,DAY 15!)

Day 22-28
6ml micro
9ml Bloom

Day 29-35
9ml Bloom
1 tsp./gal. Kool-Bloom POWDER (ONE FEED,DAY 29!)

Day 36-52
9 ml Bloom
(AND ON DAY 36,a 1 tsp./gal Kool-Bloom POWDER Slam!!)

Day 52-63 (Flush)
6.0 pH h20 at <500 ppm

This is the schedule I am gonna be following but replacing the Kool-Bloom Powder with "grotek Monster Bloom"
CMRS
Do you go with 3.7litres=1 gallon or round up to 4 litres?

3.7 for the win
