Got a plum tree in our garden,never had a decent crop off it yet,it`s been ill !
This year it is choc full,branches are weighed down with fruit .Most of it unripe at the moment though.
I have noticed they go from unripe to ripe very quickly !

And am noticing that quite a few just go rotten on the tree,and get covered in mould !
Not sure what a wax collar is,previous tenant here said he thought it needed one ?
