Full Version: How Would You Pair Up These Strains?

Hi folks,

I've been saving males to flower under natural light in a secure location, and wondered which strains people would make good crosses. I've also got a couple of each female set aside.

I have some DJ Blueberry x MNS SSH from last year, so this could also form one parent.

Males

Kali Mist
Black Widow (MNS)
Blueberry (DP)
Bubblegum

Females

Kali Mist
Black Widow
Blueberry (DP and DJ)
Bubblegum
Devil
SSH

Since this could go all over the place, which cross using these strains would you first make?

I'm thinking Kali Mist x Bubblegum to go with Bluebery x SSH

But I also thinking it would be a waste not to cross the Blueberry with everything, especially as I have both DP and DJ genetics available. But I already have around 100 DJ bluberry F2s I made last year.

Should also cross strain x strain for F2s I guess.

Smoked this very cross in Amsterdam, from grey area called "grey berry". Was one of my favourite strains of the trip.
I'd go for the above too mate, if you get anything like grey area did you'll be one lucky man.

I would consider getting the pollen from all the males, mixing it and pollinating all females with a male megamix. I bet nobody would have done that cross before. Never know what you will get in the seeds. I would definitely think about combining the pollen from at least 2 of those males. Would probably go all out and combine all the pollen collected into a single pollen megamix lol.gif

Then you got the task of cracking all those seeds and growing everything to find what you like.

I'm thinking about something patriotic in red (Devil) white (Widow) and blue (Berry).

If I get the logistics right I could do all possible crosses (28 with both BBs??) and not buy seeds for a long long time.
