there is another post from me the other day on the front page which shows how this "infection" is spreading
goldie_2007
It does not look like an infection to me, that looks like westlands compost, you sure it's not too strong for such young plants? Most people start them in a seedling compost.

I have seen this before in my own cuttings started straight in allmix.

Just my humble opinion though, maybe wait for a more knowledgable member to come along wink.gif

E2A: it could very well be due to overwatering as well, sadly the fact you have not watered for 2 days does not mean they will suddenly recover.
syanide
it does look like nute burn
have u been feedin them?

thanks for the reply,
they are in tesco multi purpose compost, if it is overwatering they are now starting to dry on the top should i still leave off the water for a while? they were started in peat plugs & i was told they retain water?

i was feeding them on a weak nute solution (3ml formulex per litre) but i havent gave them anything for a while now & the 2 worst ones i flushed 4 days bk but it has since spreaded to the other plants which were ok until yesterday

Leave off any watering till the pots are nearly dry and stop feeding, no need to feed anything till you start flowering which will be a good 4 weeks or so if they recover. If your not so sure about watering cycle try experimenting with 1 plant, leave it to go dry, keep feeling the weight of the pot, you will be surprised at how dry it can get before they keel over.

That tesco compost looks very much like westlands in consistency.

cheers mate will do so, do you have any idea why the plants that seem ok are starting to do the same, & i should mention that the ones in the pic below (bottom left & right) were much bigger than the others & they seem to have stopped growing and the other ones are starting to overtake them growth wise, even though they are a wk younger?
