I bought this earlier, thought it was roughly the same as fish mix and came home and asked around and it may be bad?
Should i use it or bin it?

I figured it was like molasses but a little stronger?

e2a: Plants are in final pots 5 days into flower.

It's a seaweed extract like Maxicrop/Vitax/Catalyst etc..........but with mixed reviews on here. I think peeps from certain parts of the country found it didn't get on with their water and did nasty things to their plants. This was about 5 years ago though so the problem might have been fixed

If you've allready got a Seaweed extract I would try and change it or get your money back.

I have read that, i've read alot on other forums about this problem and it seems to be fixed.
I do live in a soft-water area though so i'll add it in very small doses and see what happens.

For people who care:

Jon_Clobert and others are adding alg-a-mic at 2ml/l to their plants.
I'm going to do the same, Jon seems to think it's doing well so i shall try it.

ive used it a few times with no problems, id still be using it but all my biobizz have gone out off date and gone manky(lasted over 2 years though ). from what i read algamix is good for the micro herds ect.

I use it but it doesnt make a great deal of difference tbh. If you are looking for a booster in veg go for Nitrozyme or a root juice like Rhizotonic.

Ive been using 1ml of alg and 1ml fishmix in my spray & spraying twice daily from under the plants.

Ment to be good as plants can take up the newts from roots + leafs at the same time.
