well first off thanks to djay and female seeds for this batch of seeds ill do my best with them!!

ok then i had a small seedling cab that was way to small ,inside my flower room, so i made a new one its 50 wide 40 deep and 130 high. i have more room to veg under my 125 enviro
my flower room is smaller now, about 100by130 with a height of about 2m with a 400w hps in a mantis shade passive intakes and 4inch out with carbon filter and 2 clip fans

You say your flower room is a bit smaller. Have you thought of putting in less plants, and scroggin the fuck out of them?
From what I've seen on 420, there's some good weights of bud coming off a scrogg grows.
I'm thinking of having a crack at it myself next grow.

i put a net up in my last grow just to help support the buds it seemed to work well so this time i think i will crack 4 beans and pick the best 3 to grow in to a net this time. As the last time i put the net in well into flower and the holes were far to big. so i am on the look out for some wire net with about 2inch holes then see how i can fix it in the room to make the most of the space i will need to keep 1 out the net so i can take it out to open the veg room door

i blame this bubblegummer hash does me in everytime must learn to reply when not as stoned

as for the ice i will add pics in my test grow diary as it will spice up the boring bit.
it has been in my old small veg cab trapped in a small pot and bent all over the place. but still lost the fight to keep it down from the light and lost quite a few leafs to heat burn. its now looking good as it has been in a new pot and in the flower cab on 18-6 for a week now, and the roots have reached the bottom of the pot, so i will switch the light soon i would have liked it to veg longer under the 400w but i need the room to get this test grow on the go. so i will also be trying to veg my iced grapefruit for a while

see my last diary done the Nirvana ice aswell it will be nice to see how they all compare

well update is i have pulled my finger out my arse! last night i soaked 5 ice grapefruit in water over night and have just put them in some seed compost! so weedio and i are only a day apart i think

i have just put the tape round my now smaller flower room and its 95 by 100 but its 2m tall. temps are at 29-32 when the light is on i think i need an active intake? can you get a small one? less that 4inch or make the room lower in height? i have just lowered my fan and filter to see if it makes any difference

Mine will be going into pots tomorrow, so more or less i'm a day behind you.
Mine have been soaking for quite a while now though - waiting for enough tap root so they'll just fly out!

Hello high and dry, 29-32 c is steep m8 personally i would want that around 23-28 c max although i am sure they would survive in that temp its not as you know ideal.

As for less than a 4inch fan i honestly have not seen one min i have seen is a 4inch although you may be able to find a 4inch to 3inch reducer but im not sure Google may be your best friend here.

Reducing the height would only make things worse as your putting more heat/light into an even smaller space which should mean higher temps again.

well been away for the weekend but when i got back all 5 of my seeds had shown there heads above ground they will be going in my new veg box under a blue 125 envirolight
temps in my flower room have gone up to 34 this weekend so i am off up the shop later to get some sort of fan to make the intake active so i hope this will help drop the temp switching the light later to 12-12 so that will help as well!

i put the seedlings under the enviro so day 1! took some pics i will water them tomorrow going to add 1ml of green fuse root

I have put a small clip fan in the side of my shade its blowing on the lamp the wheight has tillted the shade a bit it seems to help blow the hot air out and the temps are down to 29-30 though it was not that hot today

Nice looking grow. I've not seen much mention of femaleseeds ice on this forum so it's good to see someone else growing it.

I'm a few days away from the big chop. It's been a very easy plant to grow and I've had absolutely no problems. All three seedlings were female and have stayed perfectly female. They've also grown very well under my cfl setup. Now I'm waiting to see if the smoke is just as good!

i have been to a local venting place and got hold of a small 4inch fan to make my intake active it has a lower air movement rating than my 4inch rvk out take so it should bring the temps down! its doing the job so far 23-29 and that's with a plant pot reducer on the end to about 2.5inch and i put a sponge inside the inlet hole when the light goes off so it looks like i may get the temp perfect ready for the ice grapefriut in there whooo

opps put the light down lower to help stop the stretch bit too close i think a bit singed only 3 and not to bad.
i have also put a small desk fan in there today nice find at a petrol station

yeah yeah have to be careful with seedlings lesson learned it's amazing what you can find in a petrol station these days although i still preferd it in the old day's where you filled up with petrol and the best thing you could get was a free 90 minute tape to record stuff on ahh what a bargain

i did move the light up but some how still burnt 1 to death gutted! i hope it was the light and not the new fan! The fan is now at right angel so not blowing on them at all? not a happy chap now my first loss ever and it all my fault

well good news nothing any worse just the one dead from last night and that may come round its just crusty and brown with one tiny green spec fingers crossed not that i need that one aas i put a few more in there just in case i fooked it up only done the germination stage once b4

Wow man you fried the hell out of em ... if they get through that and turn into nice plants i will be most impressed least you have a few more seeds if it goes tit's up again

i thought 4 inch away from my enviro would be ok turned out to be to close but its all in hand now and they will be as good as the rest of the tests promise


as for the xline bbww and the ice i have put a net in over them now so they are stuck in the room i will take some pics of them when i can work my new camara! its a cannon 400d and there is a setting so i can take pics with the light on without screwing the pics up just need to find it

ohh a 400d nice i have the 450d with a 100mm macro lense on there for my pics, the setting you want is your white balance set it to like "tungsten light" which is around 3200 kelvin rating that will give good results under hps light's and then you can tweak em more in photoshop.

Nice to see you removed all the leaves etc from below your canopy m8, so many people leave that all on and it will produce nothing down there just a little air bud totall waste of time as big buds is what we want !!

i think the k2 could do with a bit more off will give them there last trim tonight

i went shopping today came home with a new light to go in the veg room with the ice grapefruit

Sounds the part that new lamp , i tend to just have 1 200watt enviro hanging with no reflector for seedlings and after a week swap to a 400mh but for longer veging or a small veg cab that would be ideal i would of thought.

Joys of computers m8 good when they work when they don't....

its been a while so time for an up date
been away on my hols so a mate has helped me out with watering got it all wrong the first night only 1ml of grow and 1ml bloom four weeks into flower not good but no real bad out come just a few yellow leafs

the ice gp are just fine but in need of a pot up soon they have been on plane water for over a week ill be back to adding some root fuse next water heat is a big problem 35 in there so there progress is slow but looking on the up stillClick to view attachmentClick to view attachment

veg room temps are mad 35c so it seems i will test this lot all the way they are copping with it so far 2 are looking better than the other and dont seem to have any light heat wind burn. my small fan packed up so on the hunt for a better 1 soon!

the flower room temps are down to 19 29 so all good in there i will get some pics up when i can sort the setting out they are not coming out as i would like. The ice is frosty mmmmmmmm and at just under 6 week has alot of brown pistols and nice and hard but slim buds, hope they pack out in the next 2 or so weeks

reckon there gonna shoot up now you got those in larger pots m8 and the weather is going to get warmer again next week they say stroll on winter...

You lot should move to Scotland! Winters already upon us here .
