Currently in week 4 of flower, and despite getting rid of the cunts before with neem, they seem to have come back hungrier. I'm pretty sure it's thrips, as I see white shit on my plants, and the lines that look like hairs.

Can I spray this far in flower? Alternatives if not?

Also can they bite people? Have a little bite mark on my wrist after being in grow room.

The photo is out of focus, so I cannot see anything apart from the tear in the leaf. Is that what you are worried about? And is that large hole?
Can't see any thrip damage, but a clearer picture is needed to confirm this.

...Caterpillar? I went through my grow, didn't see nowt as big as a caterpillar.

Be the easiest fix in the world as well, pick up caterpillar. Remove. Done.

Do caterpillars leave thread? as I definitely have strands of some shit on parts of my girls.

catapillars size may vary ranging from 2mm - a few cm, the one i found on my plant was about 3mm, green and seethrough in colour and blent in with the plant

I've also seen a beetle do similar damage.

The mark on your arm, could be the plants btw. Sometimes I will get these red itchy bumps on my skin after brushing with plants.

I think its the hairs on the leafs mate I get them if plants are in veg too.

If its the tear/hole your worried about then that defo aint thrips, would have to see the white damage tho cos that may well be. Caterpillars are hard fookers to spot, my plants were getting munched by something & i looked all over & after a week or 2 eventually found 2 big ones about the size of your pinky you would think they would be easy to spot at that size but no diddly ho, they blend right in with stems & shit & hide very well
