a plant ive got outside in a 7inch dia pot is getting a few too many roots but the only ones ive got are 9inch dia which are nearly 2inch deeper or a 12 inch dia /4 inch deeper one. will the 9in be big enough to last till flowering? isnt long left is there? plant would be lost in the 12in at the min lol.gif and i dont want any rootless compost sitting in there for all of flowering .

cheers

totally off topic but found a ladybird on one plant yesterday ! guitar.gif

9 inch pots should be fine.
Mine are in 7.5 inch square pots and thats as big as I will go,they are four feet tall which is just how tall I want them.
There is another 6 weeks or so before the flowering starts
Keep the Ladybird,I put 40 in my greenhouse the other day

nice one , i'll put it in the 9 then in a couple of days. this one will never get to 4ft! ive been messing with a bit of blab torture stoned.gif to keep things low

i might be wrong but me personally i would put them in the 12 inch pots but id wait until more experienced growers give their advise as i have not been at it long regards kk

if we've got 6 weeks left till flower then thinking about it they will fill the 9's easily in less than that time . is it better to have a so full its fighting itself rootball or have a little breathing space when flowering starts .... unsure.gif
station
pot up in stages (9 then 12 if you need it)
sky
theyve already been in 3 different pots wink1.gif think i'll go for the 12 cos with this one being tied down i dont want the hassle of taking it all off again in a couple of weeks
