As the title says all my cucumber plants in the greenhouse have been decimated by slugs Is it too late to plant any more for this year?

Cheers guys. I think I will have a go and see what happens. Mrs Chilli loves cucumbers (no jokes please) and was gutted when the slugs got them. She's just come back from the local garden centre with some cucumbers that have already been planted so that should give me a head start.
