hi all just found out me ma's got cancer and is going to need chemo and then more than likely radio so im wondering if any of the strains ive got tubbed up will be any good for her (she's cool with me grow, she had a smoke off me years ago to help sleeping after me dad died even watched me grow if ive been away a few times), if not any of the seeds ive got around.

if any of me tubs fit the bill it will immediately be stashed, any seeds planted asap of course.

tubs-

g13 haze
dp powerplant
ghs cheese
st3

seeds

flying dutchman the pure
ss skunk #1
ghs lemon skunk (i think somewhere)
more g13haze (diff pheno perhaps?)

o and ive got some la con seedlings.

if anyones got any ideas on any of these it'd be most appreciated (had chemo meself and the sweetooth helped my appetite greatly but was the only smoke available to me).

if anyones got any other gooduns stick em up please, dont matter if the seeds are pricey obviously but i think shorter flowering periods are gonna be needed to help with the time scale, even consider some of the lowryder crosses to speed the process up, not arsed about yield per plant i can just give a tent over for this.

cheers for reading im about to go right through the medi section, kinda done this already btw but sometimes you just miss stuff innit.

edit-dont know a jot bout radiotherapy yet so kinda winging it ere still

Well I don't personally have proof that this works but if you haven't seen 'run from the cure, the rick simpson story' then I recommend you watch it in full.
This is the part where he explains how to make the oil that he claims has cured many people of their cancer (some terminal) HERE
So you could just use all of your stash mixed up and have it done by tomorrow, give a pea sized amount to her every day (orally) and if the documentary is true, she may not even have to have that awful 'therapy' as they call it. Hope all goes well either way though.

I would strongly advise she has the treatment her doctor reccomends,my Grandad had it in the same place and he was cured with the chemo,as far as which one to choose i`d go for the one you find the strongest so that it`s more likely to aleviate some of the symptoms as it will be rough on her. Sorry to here about your mums situation and hopes she makes a full recovery. stoned.gif

cheers terrorbabble i bookmarked that lastnite off one of the other threads, not sure who posted it but thanks yea smile.gif (will watch it soon as i make some freetime).

got some good news today (if you can call it that hehh) she's having all her treatment done as a day patient so i can take care of her (i new it'd have perks letting me firm pension me off at 35 13.gif )

ratdog- cheers mate smile.gif yea she's going through the treatment absolutely i'll just watch anything and everything tbh and sometimes you can glean a little nugget of info thats invalauble off these things even if the nugs are few and far between wink1.gif

I'm sorry to hear about your mum Trebor. At least she has got you fighting her corner! smile.gif
Perhaps it might be worth trying to lay your hands on some Sativex if you can? If not perhaps a vapouriser might be easier to take onboard than joints.

I'm not certain about this, but I imagine a strong as hell, well balanced 50/50 or slightly Indica dominant strain would the thing to look for. Pain relief from weed seems to vary by person, maybe you are better off offering as wide range as possible and see which she thinks suits her best?

Good luck to both of you mate.

Andy.

andypotatoes- cheers man what your saying about the differing strains makes perfect sense and the strength thing ties in with what ratdog were sayin up the page thumbsup.gif (just remembered me unsexed red dragon in corner of a tent, be nice if thats a lady smile.gif)

most dope wil help t an extent - THC is great, but from experience of Chemo (not radio) I found the more couch lock (high in CBD) seemed to stop or slow down the sickness and cut down the need for painkillers. Most of all though fook it, dont let it get the better f her - a lot of it is mental, so keep smiling that helps the most
