I need a bit of help, i am just putting together a new stealth cupboard and it will be my first grow for about 6 years (got busted at age 14 with 10 hindu kush!).

The little cupboard is made from White Conti board and the dimensions are 27"High x 11"Wide x 21" Deep, it looks like a computer case tall, thin but long/deep Blagged it from my old housemate when they moved out

For lighting I was thinking 2 125w enviro's 1 blue and 1 red, and maybe 4 plants??
I am unsure as to what strains to pick i would like 2 Strains, 1 Sativa 1 Indica dom, im considering:

Possible Strains: Strawberry cough
Orange bud
Super lemon Haze
Double Strawberry Diesel (dont think you can get those seeds any more can you?)
Bubblegum
Sour Diesel

All will have to be Feminized as i cant waste time growing out males, what will be best for my head room? I was thinking go 12/12 after 7-10 days and a nice bit of LST. Want to grow in Organic compost with short but wide pots as i don't have much head room.

It needs to be as stealthy as possible due to my living situation and my GF, who smokes, but is very worried about being busted!

For ventilation i was thinking 3 passive intakes, 1 clip on oscillating fan to move air, 1 240v axial computer fan 120mm through the home made pencil pot CF, thats on here, for extraction??
Smell is a huge factor for me as i live in a shared rented house. Would it be better to get a Odor sock?? I was going to stick an ONA block in there as well to help things.

My requirements would be about 1/2oz-1oz dry per plant that would be a good yield for me i'm not a really heavy smoker but i do use it for medicinal purposes, depression and anxeity.

What do you reckon is that all ok?

Is 4 plants too many or not enough in that space??

Any input, advice or help is greatly appreciated!!

Given there are quite a few ways to grow, yield is best expressed per watt (actually watt-hour, but most people don't quote this.)

4 to 6 ounces would be a decent yield from a 250 watt HPS in a reasonable space - probably half to 3/4 that for fluorescents.

With 250 watts in such a small box and being concerned with the smell, you can't afford to compromise with ventilation - and you'll probably have to mount the fan outside.

ive never grown any of them strains out oe grown small so cant help you on any of them q's but i can tell you that them odorsocs are garbage, i got one when they 1st came out an it was cack, most of the stuff ive read about them since seems to back this up.

Cheers Guys i checked blabs second Grow JESUS CHRIST!! What incredible results from such a small setup! My box looks pretty much exactly like Blabs his is a little bit bigger. I realised after reading the diary that ventilation and extraction are key to getting those kind of results. I have less Sq ft than blab about 1.6sqft (if i got my sums right) and if i use 2x125w enviro's i think i will have 156watts per square foot! Decided on 2 plants instead of 4 i would do just the one big plant like blab but i need 2 different traits, day time and night time smoke.

I am not sure what Fan to get for extraction though?? And still no closer to deciding on a strain!

I'd reccommend the same - RVK or Ruck 100mm or TD-160 as bare minimum. There's lots of different ways you can build carbon filters - easiest way is a panel filter, just cut a big square out the wood, staple cooker hood material on the underside of the hole, fill the woods width with carbon then just seal a box over the top with your fan attached.

Make sure you've got the biggest possible passive intakes you can manage - bigger the better.

2 plants max. You'd be fine with just 1x125W enviro really - use a blue to veg and red to flower, easy. Just get started that way until you get your eye in. You'll be able to pull a couple of ounces with 1 enviro given a good bondage treatment

Thanks Blab that's a big help!! I am gonna sit down and talk with the other half this week and really look at all the aspects to reassure her and keep it a simple as possible. Once that's taken care of hopefully i can start the assembly and buy some beans!!
