I have been slaving over google for hours and i cant find how to fix this except it is just a vista problem
i got a new phone today and when i plugged it in it goes through the normal finding the driver and then it asks you to put the disk in that you got with the phone so i did.
clicked install USB Driver and it says "NPS is not exist. you must setup NPS" but i dont know how to do this

then i clicked install new pc studio and it gets right to the end of installing it and this comes up




by the way i have tried both things lots of times i dont know what to do
just hoping someone on here can help me out

I don't know how to solve your problem, but, I have tried installing pc studio for my samsung, it installs ok but wont allow me to connect my phone to it. If you get it working please tell us how

Are you using Vista 64 bit? I use this and loads of programs just won't work with it, unless you run them in 32 bit mode.

errrm how can i tell if im using 64 or 32? im pretty sure its 64

I have read dozens of forums and from what I can gather, 100% of users are having trouble with PC studio.
I can install ok, and the studio workspace opens and I can click on the icons available, but all I get is an egg timer for about 2 seconds and then nothing.

i gave up on pc studio too, now if i want to transfer files between pc and phone, the only way i could was :-

1. choose to savefiles to memory card, not phone.

2. make sure files are saved to memory card on phone, not internal memory.

3. select mass storage mode on phone

4. connect with usb cable

5. pc recognises memory card on phone as external drive, so i can access files.

i had an old samsung and pc studio worked fine for that then i got a new phone
now when i plug it in the same thing happens to me, egg timer for a minute then nothing
just cant get it to find my phone


nice one to the other 420er for letting me know choosing mass storage will let me put things on my phone!
