That's the thing I hate about these so called seeds companies, just because it's illegal, they take the piss by throwing mad prices at their seeds, I mean to charge £5/£6 a seed for something that only gives one yield (not counting cuts) is a piss take......

I know these seeds are almost ex-stock but most companies would just sell em at normal prices till they all went....

As far as I know, the consensus seems to be that seeds have high leves of viability for 3 - 4 years

Seeds can keep for bloody ages, but I think most people expect at very least 80% plus for seeds they have purchased

Most of our lines at the minute should have well over 80% - the Nepalese and Lebanese are the freshest and should have close to 100% viability

I think you could reasonably expect the Mazar-i-Sharif to be about 3/4 viable a couple of years from now... it is stock from the 2006 harvest and we have been picking seeds out of the bag now for several years

Packing up the seeds I just pick out the nicest looking seeds I can as I go - with seeds there are two main factors influencing how the seeds look:

1. the general appearance of a particular strain's seeds - size, shape, colour etc. e.g. Golden Triangle Akha has massive fat seeds, with a sharp ridge, usually a silver shell with black mottling... Pahari Farmhouse has light brown almond coloured seeds which are large typically convex cannabis seed shape... most of the varieties we offer have pretty large seeds

2. the age of the plant at the time the seed was made, which is a major factor in the size of the seeds no matter what the strain --- seeds made in early flowering grow large; seeds made later in flowering will be smaller

The Mazar-i-Sharif have been around for three years and it's reached a point where the seeds I am picking out are generally medium sized, sometimes smaller, as I've picked out most of the jucier ones --- so I've decided to just give them away free --- I'd rather be selling big juicy seeds which I reckon will keep better and are sure to be healthy and fast to pop... a factor with the Mazar-i-Sharif and the Shiberghan is that the shells are very tough, and that can make pinch testing more of a task

There are a couple of strains we sell which have naturally pretty small seeds: the Kerala, which has quite small convex shape dark seeds; and the Nepalese Jungli which has veeery small seeds and is part of the Jungli Three Pack (the jungli strains are an exception as they are from wild plants so the viability will be very low)

I popped 5 mazar and 5 leb in 3 days ago and they all bar 1 mazar have come up and are going strong!! REspect to the RSC

I popped some Neps, one didnt make it but the others popped in what seemed like minutes happy times, Ill be buying some seeds for my guerilla grow next year for sure.

well 5/5 of my thai mix didnt pop but the 3 leb did

I have been looking for something different to grow/smoke so i think im going to have to give RSC a try. Most other breeders offer rip offs of the same thing or very similar. I like the sound of the leb would also like to try the mazar as my dutch passion ones never popped there heads
