when breaking my killer bud into joints its so dense and resiny it feels like tpo quality polm(true) ,but could say my killers so dense,breaking it up changes the air-pressure in the room,how dense is yuors?

Dense enough for it to take 4 1/2oz to fill my stash jar rather than the 2-3oz it usually holds.

Mine is so dense and green it makes Superman weep.

On a serious note. . Was very happy wit the results i got . . Some of the buds maybe a third of one plant was a little airy. . But the rest of them were very good

hey bert,could take pics of dry bud on me old shiddycam but you wouldnt see that much detail unfortunately and scared of uploading from new phonecam as the pics are tagged and not safe to upload apparantly .next gen of killers are already a week in flower so might get some of them up when start looking like something(if i can get a new cam).worse thing is i had a spectacular looking pheno that had amazing trich development,stacked calyxes galore with blue tones and i lost it due to crap cloning skills,think it might have been the sb pheno anyway back to the very important subject of denseness,nice try randalizer,hipgnosis,driptray but my killer buds are so dense you could sink an ocean liner with them,im currently using one bud as a book stop on my bookshelf full of very big books

Yeah, I dropped a bud on my foot the other day, broke 3 toes. I have pictures here where I broke up buds and took pictures as I went. I wanted to figure out a way that I could show how compact they were but couldn't put it into pictures well enough. I need some form of dense test where I can show in pictures how compact the buds are. These ones I just finished were silly really. I've never seen buds like this before. With mine I found the ones which foxtailed, or had stacked calyx, with low pistil coverage were the most dense. I'll be looking for that bud formation from now on.

I was rolling a joint beside the canal,got my killer bud out of the tin to fuel this bifta and watched it in slow motion slip from my grip and land with a rather impressive sploosh in the murky slow moving water.A hungry big duck was straight on the case and swallowed my precious nug whole.i almost saw a little smile on the offending beek before that dumbass duck sunk like the duck that ate a piece of cake that WASNT made from Be-Ro flour,stupid duck i told you dont mess with da killer

shid mon,the other day i placed a killer bud,stork first into my drill for a laugh,ended up fettling the rust of my mates VW camper with it,hell it didnt even rub the lovely blueish/purple hue off the bud,no rust on the camper though

Just out of interest when you say 'how dense is your bud' you mean how solid or hard it is, right?

Any of my grows seem to turn out spongey and just the top 2 and a half inches of the main cola are dense...

I think it`s strain dependant BB.

More pheno dependant I think. With my oldtimes, like I mentioned earlier, it was the stacked calyx phenos I had which were most dense. The usual formation of bud we see where the pistils sort of string together weren't half as dense.

as ratdog says...strain/pheno dependant BB,although i have seen different results with the same clones in different grows regarding density.Cant help thinking that a good enviroment with plenty of light is going to increase the density of the buds but im no expert on such things Do know that my enviroment is far from ideal:hot,cramped and humid,yet these killers have come out granite-like again cant wait to break that 1st ks bud into a joint,tiny buds just seem to last forever

Took me a while but got there in the end. Had me in a fit of giggles!

yes,as blayz'd said,not all the killer phenos were dense either,2 outv 4 were of a slightly lighter bud structure and very pongy(skunkberries)but all the ks i grew were topdrawer

|I took all my clones off 2 single mother plants so I've only one pheno of each plant

Must have got a bad pheno with the widows cause I reckon Im only going to get a quarter a plant

Thats seriously bad cause they were vegged for at least a month I reckon in 7 litre pots under a 600w HPS and they got 10 weeks

I done a few differint powerplants and there was a major differance, only one looked any way decent and 2 of them have to go another 2 weeks

The 2 that are left are all pistils and no bud... their probably only fit for the bin

Moral of this rant,- never use a plant that you've never seen flowered as a mother plant

hard question to answer BB,good yield is mostly down to experience and enviroment.i look at getting around 2 and half oz per plant,6 plants under a 6oow sodium,vegged and trained for a month.sometimes get less,sometimes more,quality is far more important

Pleased with the quality and I've deff enough to keep me going so happy days

Think It would be best with a new pheno next time?

I've got 40 widow clones should I scrap them and maybe grow out 4 x 10 of different strains and keep the best of each as a mother

Really thinking about a scrog next time aswell (heights a real problem) and cut down to maybe 6 plants in 11 litre pots? Think thats a question for another thread though

40 is a ridicules amount of plants with trying to water them any everything when your only pulling a 1/4 off each plant Imagine what the police would say "large operation cannabis factory"
