Hello im currently Germinating three lowryder2's in jiffy pellets, I bought a bag of Westland Multi Purpose Compost with added John Innes(the best of what was available to me) to put in 6 ltr pots...I have no great expectations on yield i'm just looking to try and understand the plant i've loved for 20 years or so but one thing is for certain i know my next grow will be indoors and proper genetics

Buy some bio bizz grow & bloom to help when in flowering (cost ya about £12 and best to see OT1's guide on here for dosage). With same set up have seen 1oz a plant (from LR2) on first grows.
Those plastic greenhouses need to be vented when plants get into flower to stop bud rot. I would either the leave the door a bit open to provide airflow or make some vent holes.
All the best.

Cheers for the tip weedsmoker i have noticed a lot of Condensation in the greenhouse along with a shit load of slugs

i've set a few beer traps and used some copper tape around the pots...i just need to work out where the vent holes should go and a method for making them.

Day 13...I gave them a light grow feed after the trauma of being knocked over and out of their pots on day 10. I also gave them a light spray of Biobizz leaf coat.

Ive put some air vent holes in the greenhouse to help with condensation and airflow problems.

I have noticed that one of the pots has a few roots poking out will this be a problem?

Day 34...I spoke to a old friend and horticulturalist about my root problem he gave me some info on root pruning as well as a new pair of pruning scissors. I'm still sticking with the Biobizz grow--bloom and have started to increase the bloom yesterday i also obtained a bottle of top-max bloom stimulator which i will add to the mix in the near future. My three plants have shown sex and thank goodness they appear to be females

White pistils are visable on each plant.Ive seen a small growth spurt in the last week although the weather has been a bit poor..but fingers crossed.

Hi, just my 2 cents worth but i wouldn't be pruning roots on any plants, more roots = more bud as a rule and the yield on the lowriders isn't massive so potting up would have been better or bigger pots from the start, good luck with the rest of the grow matey.

Thanks for the comments...shafty420 i'm going to keep them in the original pots.I just discovered this problem this morning the bottom leaves on one of the plants are going brown and look like they will fall off, Any ideas on what the problem is?

Day 41 there has been a considerable growth spurt in the last week with small bud sites forming i have increased the bloom feed to help them along. The plant on the back right on the picture is a bit leggy and some of the stems are a bit twisted i might stake it for some support. The smell isn't much of a problem although in the next few weeks that may change. I feel if i had put them into larger pots they would be massive by the end.. but that defeats the purpose of a stealth grow. Thanks for reading..Peace.

They are looking good.. I found my lower leaves on my non-auto's dried up and started to fall off.. maybe its normal?? I ended up trimming a few lower ones in the end anyway as my black out cover didn't quite reach the bottom and I didn't want any leaves peeking out

But you won't need to do that with autos. Keep it up

I pull them off if going brown, if just yellow I leave them. Not had any for a while though now.. Don't have any leaves at all on the lowest part of the plants.

Day 49 buds have grown a little but not much as the weather has been terrible. Still using the biobizz bloom feed, Due to relocation in 3-4 weeks the plants will have to be cut down so only time will tell as regards the bud state...i dont hold out much hope.

Is that 49 days from seed or 49 days into flower? They look nice and healthy but I wouldn't like to judge if they will be ready for cho in 4 weeks, on my first grow... Keep it up though they look healthy enough

Hi mate
My LR#2's went about 4 weeks over what was stated when I bought them. So far, I haven't heard of one finishing on time.
Is there no way you can take them with you when you relocate. A friend of mine had to do the same thing recently and popped them in cardboard boxes on the back seat of his car. Granted, he was only moving to the other end of town so didn't have far to drive and I personally wouldn't feel safe with that on my back-seat driving around, but it would seem a waste to chop them before they're ready, especially as you won't have another chance to grow them outside again until next year.

Well i've worked it out that they will be 3.5 weeks over when i need to chop...so i'm hoping for a nice bit of sunshine to pump up those buds a bit.

Make sure you cut out any rotten bud as you see it, but try not to touch healthy bud at the same time.
