got the chance of 65watt=325watt energy saver bulbs, are these any good or should i give them a miss. i'm only growing lowryder#2 at the moment but going to try ak42 later in year. tom.

Hi, ive used a 125W cfl on lowrider. I got some bud but not much.
Any less than 125W would be pushing it.

dont bother , they will have no penetration so yeilds will be poor

another thing is lowryder starts and instantly goes into flower , the growth you see could be concidered flowering strech although this is argumentative , either way light from clf has more blue in it which helps stop strech ( you know whats coming now ) so the planrts will be smaller as will be yeild

final thing is man you should see the grow equipment all growers have , feckin sheds full of stuff that at the time seemed like a great idea or a cheaper short cut , want 5 1000 ballestts ? im your man , no use to me but there around here somewhere etc etc , so its better to grab the proper tried and tested stuff from the start as its false economics to end up buying twice

forogt to say , the 11 watt=80watt thing is errrr a little off ? thats the polite way of oputting it , theres always stuff listed as 220 watts of led light is equal to 1000w of hps so dont ever rely on the listing to get to your 50 watt per foot
