To anyone with a clue - will adding the seaweed/catalyst to the *still* bubbling mix cause problems for the fungus?
I acidentally spilt (d'oh!) about 4ml into my bubbling mixture of Essence et-al, and it has about 10 hours left to go yet, and I know instructions are to add it *post* bubble. Is this to stop the fungal spores from fully activating then sitting there in the bubbling liquid and maybe losing efficacy in process?
I guess my main Q is then, do I need to dump this batch and start again, or will it still be 'good-to-go'?
