I'll be away down south early next week, fishing at one of the big lochs in the midlands, ooops there not loch's there lakes not too sure which one yet, maybe carsington, or foremark or thornton. dont know which, just know i want to take my float tube out

i also need to get a day's rod licence sorted out for coming down, its just a bloody tax on fishing, glad we dont have it up here.

T1 those float tubes look awesome "Belly-boats" I call them,how do you actually propel yourself through the water?I have seen several fly-fishermen use them in the past and always thought about purchasing one,I waded once at a new venue in a pair of waders,wasnt using a stick to test depth,went under,my waders instantly filled and started dragging me down,luckily a mate jumped in and pulled me out
