I was wondering, does the blue floodpieces of wilma8 system supply the whole area of pebbles with nutes?

I have one stream shooting into the rockwool that is about 10cm/4inch deep and 4cm/2inch wide and another stream from the piece is just shooting into the side(pebbles), should the nutes go from the rockwool to the whole root area?

I am running it now for 5min four times a day, but is more minutes per flood needed to get all the roots wet? The plants are about one foot/30cm.

Is there any issues with the rockwool being totally soaked after the flood(oxygen)?
