Hey all,

i bought some hollands hope seeds at a stall in camden yesterday and have put them in a wet paper towel in a dvd case in a warm spot. When iv been looking at other pics of seeds mine seem really small in comparison?
Could anyone comment on this, i have also included a photo of the packaging of the seeds.

Seed packet looks familiar,is it one of the old "Kulu seed" paclets?

Seeds come in all sizes mate, the last ones I germed were tiny (smaller than those ) but I still had an over 75% success rate with them.

I was gonna say an old positronics seed packet. Maybe they all used one supplier and stuck their own labels on.

It is a positronics (werner) packet,I got some Kulu seeds in newcastle at Pashas in the Mid 1990's in the exact same packet(I wonder if paschas is still open)

Ya mate i just germed 10 seeds , 5 super skunk n 5 skunk #1 and half of does seeds
were tiny and all 10 germed , so i dont think it makes a difference

Size doesn't matter its what you do with them

Your right Villain,I just searched through some old mags etc,Kulu originally traded as positronics The first packs I grew were red haired skunk,I grew it in a rented flat and stunk the place out,no idea about filters back then Seeds vary in size chili,so long as they are well developed with good colour your fine,its whats inside the shell that matters.

Action?I popped 30 beans two weeks ago,the first ladies showed above the surface three days later

could be anything from a day or two to a couple of weeks.

Wow a blast from the past, I also grew the red haired skunk a few times

Be interested to hear how much Chili paid for those beans,I cant remember how much they were,I think £12 but not 100% sure on that

Thats exactly the price I paid in the mid 1990's,they were very good seeds actually,first ever attempt at growing indoors and the crop turned out perfect Good luck with them.
