A friend of mine has recomended using phostrogen on all my 'plants',flowers and tree's.
My question is does anybody use this at the mo' or has used it in the past?

ps,actually another quick question,
When the wife has poached some fish with no added salt or anything else for that matter do you think it would be ok to add the fish stock/water to my garden,and if so what benefits do you think it can have.

my mum used to use phostrogen, i remember seeing the label when i was a yout

and the fish stock should be fine, but nettle water is best
