i bought some f1 bubblegum from a .nl web site which i can not name i think the breeder is the web site lol.gif

these are not serious seeds or th seeds

being an f1 does that mean a deff get the bubblegum pheno unlike the cross's bubblicious and double gum?
Danklord
The opposite i'm afraid mate.

Serious seeds bubblegum is an inbred that has taken generations to hone down to get to the uniform smelling and tasting strain they have today. An f1 will produce a few different phenotypes. you might get liuck and find a bubblegum pheno but you just as likely wont.
agito
Any one in the know what the bubblegum pheno variation is like awaiting my cd case now.
agito
Also just read a diary how much variation do the serious seeds strain have

i've got 3 ss bubblegums at 5 weeks fl, smell from all is now a pungent candy. yum yum. not paid close attention to the differences, will do when they get the chop biggrin.gif smoke.gif

I've got 6 Doublegum about to go into flower, and 5 SS Bubblegum seeds just germinated, so will be interested in how they compare.
agito
yeah tryed double gum the pheno's are million miles apart i had an indica which was done in 7.5 weeks and a satvia do done in 10-11 weeks, just wanted a bubble pheno might have had it in the indica, was sweet but did not smell like chewing gum so to speak but not 100% sure what im looking for
ratdog
Is Bubblegummer very similar? Just got 5 in the mail. smoke.gif

Serious bubblegum states that it breeds true?

I always took that to mean, well, that its breeds true unsure.gif as in offspring will shows the same traits, is this not the case then?

sorry bruv no offence ment.

the last pics added put me off, only because it looked like poorly grown weed or a bad strain (lack of thc and fatness of bud).
im pretty sure iv seen some of your diaries and doubt its down to your growing.
if i was tryin to start off a new strain of bubblegum it would have to look as good as the original or better.

just my opinion,il keep an eye out for peoples diaries

SCRAP THEM COMMENTS,JUST CHECKED DIARY AGAIN AND I MUST OF LOOKED AT 4PM 9/4/09 COS THE PICS AFTER THAT ARE STUNNIN. SORRY
LOOKS LIKE IL BE ORDERING SOME THEN

peace

Hi,
ive bought 3 packs of Serious seeds Bubblegum in the past ,,, first was ages ago hydro ,,, second was soil (sig) and just got another grow of them on the go as i like the strain that much ! (sig)

ive not tried any other varieties other than the serious one ,,, and have been pleased with the grows !
hydro one i was a bit of a noob then but still ok . overfed etc !

theres some phenos that are talll with wide node space ,, and theres a shorter pheno with thick (turn brick red) pistils !
all good tastin ! some with a bit of both in them

theres a smoke report in bubblegum diary m8 ,,

all the best !
