I think there would be big business in those sort of sim games. Especially with the advancements in technology since the last ones were released. I could think up endless ideas playing those theme games again. There are loads of rip offs of the idea. All sorts of tycoon games but none which really do any good. A new proper series of those would sell plenty so I think they should do some more.
What I want from a game isn't really possible at the moment.
Basically I want a BF 1942, BF2 style game. Where there's a battle field or a city. Choppers, guns, parachutes and a decent engine. Just with thousands of people in a massive server. So everyone in that server is fighting in the same place and could run into eachother. I want a massive game, like with a level the size of a real city. Where it takes 5 mins to drive somewhere rapid and while on the trip you drive through all the thousands of people in the server. If they did that the engine could be changed from war into anything really, driving games, virtual realities or whatever. Basically I just want a massive battle field where i can fly things, shoot people and drive stuff. Tanks are good too, I want tanks and heavy artillery. I want huge amounts of people all in the same place, all visible and with no gaps in the play. I don't think they can do it yet but when they can I'll be all over that. That's my idea. Real mass online play. I thought that spore game was going to do it but they fucked it up and the online part was all sharing stuff you made in the game. What fucking good is that to me when i can make my own stuff in the game

Anyway, they missed an opportunity then. I might still be playing that if there were millions of people on it. Trying to take over other people solar systems and shit. I like war games. Maybe a war game set in space. Sort of like spore where you can travel through space and through black holes. But also so you can land on planets and stuff. Space exploration and war game. Endless possibilities. I like games. It's just a shame money tends to get in the way of a game being as good as the idea.
