Nice one bert thats a monster spring onion well done ,

And mr Withnail some very nice veggie shots there too well done .

Its funny withnail mate becouse like you said i never used to be able to grow veggies or anything for matter ,then i started growing our beloved herb and a couple of years down the line thought ill have a go at this veggie lark. and im glad i did .i grow onions ,beetroot ,potatoes ,strawberrys, gooseberrys and my 2 other favourite ladies of the non canna kind my luvly blueberry bushes that are absolutly loaded with fruit thats just turning a loverly purple/blue so they should be ready in a couple of weeks and very much so looking forward too them yum ,ill post some pics up when i pick them .

Heres some of my beetroot yum, harvested on sunday, going to boil it later then pickle half and leave the other half becouse mrs sticky preferes it as it comes ie un pickled ,

Its very nice and real strong in flavour grown in back garden with the odd dose of BB G and B .its amazing what you can grow in your own back yard really .
