naah seriously all i gotta do is set the fans up really...but that means gettin in the roof void/eaves space with my halogen inspection lamp,..and it means a good bit of fuckin about insulating and fitting the silencer/baffler so thankfully donated by my main mucka leepy a couple month back,..just not had chance to use it until now.
also im just in from work,...tired n fuckin achin so bollocks to fuckin about gettin itchy n dirty n sweaty in the eaves tonight,..its chill'age for the bizzler now.

but i have done a little ali taping up off the seams in side.Oh and i just test ran the 250hps i got also and all is sweet,..this drobe is nice n reflect8ive so im happy wi that too.no need to line out.one less job,...but yeah im more or less there now bro thanks...then its get em in on 24hr 250hps for veg,..then flick to the ole'600 bad-boy for flowering.HAPPY DAYS boys n girls.

foookin spagetti junction of ducting and wires.Oh yeh e2a...the 125mm rvk is already sat in that cardboard box pre silenced/insulated,..not like the smaller fans are too noisy or owt just extra caution right?!.

right so the plan is to just have two wires and the in/out ducting goin in thru this hole to the eaves space then simply build a box from kingspan inside the eaves coz cant build it n pass it thru,..hole too small.so yeh ducting thru here.

this pic just the silencer/muffler so lovingly donated by my main mucka Leepy about a year ago now, ..cheers leepy,..yeh i am actualy gettin it fitted at last,..told ya id use the twat..

Reet got the primair screwed up on the inside of the drobe door,..nice n neat so i can open n adjust wi no stretchin n assin about over plants...and not on show.
probe hung down over a hook.,with a shade fitted.

just showin it fitted.once iv fitted the fans il pull the fan wires thru the inlet for ducting hole and clip into the enviro unit.

right so i had to bodge a reducer from a 8inch plant pot..,see i got the 6inch high power rvk and the muffle is like 7 inch i think,...anyow cut a pot down n bosch its a good'n.

yeh man check the tight fit,...could almost hear it squeel a little...

fan and muffler slotted in place..

and finaly it taped up and ready to fit.
all i got to do now is pull the kingspan sheets into the eaves space and knock a kinda big box up out of it,...drop both fans in the box and tape/seal it up after filling with old blankets n shit like that for extra muffling.job done...happy days.

oh yeh these pics it looks like the fans resting against the timbers,IT AINT,..totaly free hanging,...got about 6 inch to floor level,with which im goin to push a little rockwool under just to slightly sit the fan on,...not to support it just for that extra muffle i talked about.also be wrappin the fanin a similar manor THEN cutting some kingspan to kinda biuld a box around it,..but all the time leaving the fan self hanging/free as a bird...

looking good there Bizz how long you got left till its ready? and any idea how much % them mufflers reduce the fan efficiency m8?
