Hello, it's me again yahoo.gif

Like i said, i'm really interested in your company and therefore i have many questions going through my (crazy ?) mind !

I'd like to know more about how you and the farmers work. Do you sell seeds directly collected from farmers or do you sometimes produce your own seeds by crossing plants obtained from farmer seeds ? I know you say that "These indigenous cannabis strains are from their original environment, and have never been crossed or manipulated by commercial western cannabis breeders." but i don't think there is any problem with producing your own seeds from the original plants. Maybe you could even make a slight slection work here (but i don't think that's what you have in mind ^^).

I guess you guys just fly over the world when you're running out of seeds but i wanted to be sure. Like i said, i really don't see any problem with producing your own seeds an even make a little selection work as long as you use the original plants and don't cross the different strains.

I'm also curious to know how the farmer work. Do they make some selection by removing the weakest plants of thei fields or do they let Mother Nature do all the work ? What do they think about your job ? What do they think about european guys growing their strains ?

Maybe i'll have some more questions later ^^

Thanks
Sir_Galahad

Hey,

I would also like to know abit more.. All i know Sir_G is that Namkha is not a grower. I think hes just travels and collects.. As i have not seen the Lao since, been waiting abit of time for these to restock; Namkha did recommend the H Thai, but didnt get around to purchasing it(made redundent.)

Lets hope Namkha is happy to give out some info..

As far as I know, he/they are just collecters, with some good contacts around the highlands etc smile.gif Lets hope namkha can shine a light on this smile.gif

Very interested too, its really good that you guys are doing this.

Id be interested in what other areas you might be setting your sights on for new/rare strains?

Keep up the good work! thumbsup.gif

hey

we're just collectors who know Asia well

we don't do any breeding or reproduction of lines - they are all pure

about the Lao and Highland Thai: the source of those particular lines has vanished, but those are the only lines where it's an issue

so yeh, all our other lines should stay in stock

I'm working on writing a book which will have a lot more info in it
Ruderalisman
Sign me up for a copy of said book, with pretty pictures please!

Hey Namkha,

Thats sad to hear you lost contact with the lao/thai line farmers. I will be investing in some of your lines when i find a job again and the space, i hope i dont miss out on the H. Thai by that time. I will be working with your Mazar very soon, which are stored away.

Good luck with the rest of your work, and the book your writing.. wow that will be a great achievement- and with your great knoledge i will be wanting to reading that. The only one thats made a difference to the way i look at cultivating cannabis is R.C.C's book. That was a exceptional read!
