Thx guys:) i already tryed fastdrying a lower bud yesterday, and smoked it it blew me away at this stage already...but i will be waiting to give a full smoke report...they need minimum 3 more weeks:)


Smokey# well.....its hard to say...if you look at my early veg pics in the other malana thread, you can see the indica dominated leafs....but as the plant grows, they start devoloping long fingered sativa dom leafs, but still remain the wide indica leafes at the button but i do not think it is a pure sativa no...but dominated..yes

almost forgot....i made som BHO on some oof the lower buds from 1 malana

I will for sure , but i am going to wait until they are finnished and dryed with a full smoke repport

but now...their aroma is very very heavy.....they do not smell good from outside the tent ( a little like pee hehe) but as soon as i touch a bud, i get an lovely aroma of fruit mixed with species or something like that:) cant wait to taste a cured bud

1 of the girls have a strongs smell of petrol/diesel mixed with a big peace of grapefruit my favorit one:)

Thx alot i recon they will need minimum 2 weeks more....likely 3 for max crystal output . 3 weeks more, and they will have been going for about 75 days

sounds great man --- I am pretty sure when you said "fruit mixed with species" you were meaning "fruit mixed with spices", right? haha --- yeh, sounds like that Malana/Parvati aroma is coming though... excellent... great to hear it's getting you proper high too, nice one... diesely grapefruit sounds great too, superb... did you sample the high from that one too?

yes..i tasted the Grapefruit wonnabe first actely.....that one was extremely potent, but more a up high than the others..very sativa dominant. But after they get some more weeks, i think the high will change as well.


i will ofcourse give a full smoke report when time comes

I recon i´m gonna give them 2 weeks max from today. The crystals are starting to milky up, and since i dont want them too amber, i will chop as soon as i feel the resin production is topping, wich i belive is in a couple of weeks


Both the nepalese and the lebanese is doing great. The neps are growing so extremly fast.

I had 10 put for sprouting of the neps, and 10 sprouted, and 14 out of 15 lebs...very nice

hey good news about the Neps and Lebs --- how about the leaf shape on the Lebs? curious

two more weeks sounds about right for the Malana --- hope the resin production goes through the roof - it should do

hey - how about the potency and effect of the buds and the oil you made? how many days flowering was it at? what type of high did you get - up? heavy? warm? etc. ...

The oil was great..taken from buds at day 50 or so. It was a very uplifting high....i got a lot of energi from smoking that oil. But that typical for that early buds imo:) Nothing wrong with the potency for sure. But i would olike to give my final statement about that when i have tryed a 100% done bud.


by the way namkha.....remember that you talked about that cannabiogen said it was like a cream of crystals ?? the same is happening here now...its so strange..never seen that before its like the crystals brake, and then butter itself around the leafes...the aroma comming from that plant is freakin amazing...i so wish you guys could smell it. It actely starts to have a fainted smell of bubblegum

I tryed to capture it, but my cam sucks as you know, so i did the paint zoom thing again hehe...hey it works

I think it was Charlie Garcia/Kaiki from Cannabiogen who described it like that

unfortunately I can't really see what you are describing from that pic --- but I can make a good guess at what it is like from being round Nepalese and Kumaoni charas plants when they are ripe

as well as Cannabiogen describing a Malana flowering tips being it like that, a friend of mine who has been up to Malana during harvest time also described the charas plants as virtually dripping with resin, and the consistency

it all goes to show the power of selection over generation after generation

perosonally I've only visited the area during spring --- but I smoked plenty of the top notch charas from round Malana and Parvati so I do know the kind of fantastic aromas you must be experiencing

I decided to change the name of the strain on the website to Malana Cream --- after all that is what everybody looks for

yeh the resins sound bloody gorgeous - damn, I could really do with some good Malana charas right now

yes..i think its hard to see on the pic, but i tryed. its literaly like the resin have popped, and the oil is all over the leafes, making them look so shiny. When i look at it in my loop, that is litteraly what i am seeing...simply awesome:guitar:

So now i think the "malana Cream" name is more suitable hehe

They look very good mate, thinking of trying some of the seeds from the real seed company in the next year, looking to do a grow for hash and a couple of there strains in there would be nice

I'm getting pretty jealous of my own customers at the minute too

if you want a very hashy strain that should be easier to handle I can recommend trying the Lebanese, it should be the Bee's Knees

I was reading Hashish! again yesterday: ignore what it says in Clarke and Cherniak about Bekaa Lebanese being mild - fuck knows where they got that info from - our Bekaa Lebanese should have some very potent plants in it

I don't know if people like Clarke and Cherniak have even visited Lebanon --- our stock is from arguably one of the most renowned producing areas, the hash produced by the plants was knockout personal stash stuff, and it had the stoners in Beirut virtually drooling...

as with this Malana, you will be getting the real deal - we don't fuck about

how long they been drying for?

They have been drying for 5 days on the pictures:) they went on for 70 days +- 1 day all together. 1 pheno could have used a week more, but i had to let here go, to make room for the nepalese and lebanese But before i chopped here she had 1½ day outside hehe.


Smoke repport:

Alright.....there have been 3 different phenos for sure. They all have there own unique aroma,high and taste.

Pheno 1: VERY grapefruit alike, and very potent. has a strong up party high that last very long. After you feel fresh, and not tired and used. NOT good for sleeping hehe. This is my favorit one. After 1 month curing the taste of this baby gonna be amazing i recon:)


Pheno 2: These 2 have a sent of pertrol/diesel or something similar. i do not like the taste of these 2 as for now, but maybe a good curing will make up for it. The potence of these are not to joke about. Extreme couchlock, and sometimes trippy effect. Perfect for video nights hehe. Also good for sleep in small doses. WARNING!!! be carefull if you get this pheno...if smoked to much, you will not get anything done all day

These 2 also have what i have come to call "BHO leafes". Wich i did becourse that the resins litteraly pop open on the leafes, and then the oil is all over....true " malana cream"


Pheno 3: This one have a very spicey taste..but also a little fruity can acure. A little mix of grape and red peper hehe. This one is nice for everyday use for me. Not to strong...realy happytimes smoke, and a greeat taste. i recon this pheno would be great as anti-depressive medicin.

All in all it have been so much fun to grow these plants, as its a challange for sure. But with a little extra care, and lots of love, they will do just fine indoor:) malana should be in all growers tents or garden atleast 1 time, and you wont regret it:)

i will start more malana´s up in my next grow for sure. Hoping to get 1 more grapefruit pheno, and keep here going as mom. Now on to the lebanese and nepalese

i have a few of the Malanas too,your plants look real frosty,
Personally they look early to me ,but its difficult from just a photo.
I enjoyd the smoke report and will do mine soon.
also some nepalese and mazar to do at elevation proper.
5500 ft to 7500 ft for nepalese and malana, above the high desert floor at 4500ft for the mazar.

Namakha, I kept 1 female from the first Mazar seed,
she is all of 2 feet tall at 6 months old,and smells like afghan hashish.
and will do the second Mazar seed you sent me,
outdoors from mid summer up til first frost.
late oct.

will let each plot open pollenate with my selected males from each group.
the little mazar female will be used for a hybrid of my chooseing tba.
maybe Mazar x G13WW, and Mazar x AfghanHaze

thank you Sure you can...400w is fine. but proberly a little better yield with 600w for that space. but no problem for sure:) Just as long as you are aware of that this is a different plant to grow indoor, compared to strains that are used to grow indoor:)
