So I'm planning on starting my own grow and I'm having a hard time chosing the strains. I want to get 3 strains, I probably won't grow all 3 in the very first grow but it's kind of a pain in the a$$ to get seeds here so I'll order 3 and be done for a while...

The strains I'm considering are:
Sensi's skunk #1 (or super skunk)
Nirvana's white rhino
Nirvana's bubblelicious

Any thoughts??

I would say yes.

Just whatever you do, grow strains worth growing. Good genetics, good seeds, it's a key and makes plenty of difference.

Better yet try one of the strains off the link at the bottom of the page and I doubt you'll be disappointed with the results, unless you royally screw things up which is doubtful with a resource such as this website.

My first grow was AK47

I was considering AK47 at first, but it's a little to expensive for me right now. But who knows, maybe I manage to save some more money...

skunk no 1 is a very easy plant to grow if you are new to growing good choice there.

I'm reading about growing for years now, was going to move to my own apartment a few years back but then I decided to build a house so all my growing plans were delayed once again... Now the house is almost ready but I'm broke hahahah. So now I gotta save some money, build a nice growdrobe and finally get growing...

The problem is that it's kind of hard to buy grow equipment here, if I want a cooltube ou carbon filter I have to get one shipped to me (or build it myself), the same goes for specific nutes, so it can get quite expensive...

Anyway.. I still have a lot of planning to do!

Those sound good, and you may want to consider auto flowering man. Auto flowering is excellent for beginners and advanced for fast crop.

grow a tidy strain mate forget autoflowers they will cost you much more in electric and you will get a much smaller yeild so whats the point.and only finish a couple of weeks before a normal grow where you could double your yeild maybe treble depending what type of set up you got.

I'll just go with normal strains, I've read a few things about autoflowering and to be honest I don't really see an advantage..
I get that they can be faster, but at the cost of a smaller yeild?? So what's the point anyway?? I guess I'll stick to the 3 I mentioned above..

I've only done the White Rhino off your 3 choices and it's very good. Nivana is what i practiced on also..I've done there White Widow,White Rhino,Ak48,B-52 and Ice,which was the worst of them all none germed. For best it's a 3 way tie,between the ak, and both whites would grow any of those again...But I've moved on for now.

Also when you do get a chance do get some of those AK47 seeds you will not be disappointed...

Yeah, I was really interested in AK47 from serious seeds (kind of a legend isn't it?), but is kind of expensive so I'll leave it to when I'm more experienced and will stay on the more cheap side for now

Yeah i was the same way...But the seedbay lowered the price to 80 us dollars right before xmas 2008 and i couldn't pass it up. And I'm glad i didn't. Easy to clone and grow. I believe the hype now. Load my dugout 1 hitter half way with it and after the first hit i could feel the high coming on.

Have you seen the mixed pack from greenhouse seeds. The indica H mix looks great. Think its got cheese,trainwreck, lemon skunk, white rhino n white shark. They're coloured too so you would know what u where growing. I would go for that if your on a budget. Take a cut or two as u go. I'm sure there'd be at least one worthy of keeping. People dis greenhouse cos arjans a complete tool but he has some great strains n there quite cheap. You might not get the perfect pheno for each variety but surely one will be nice.

If I'm abble to afford it when I buy my first batch of seeds, I'll order a pack to see it for myself.

i was going to try the color coded seeds but the breeder packs look to bulky and not very stealthy. Didn't want to chance it.

all 3 were my first grows and all from Nirvana, shit hot seeds for the low budget, alot of ppl slate them, but i've never had a problem, their white rhino and bubblicious are in every grow i do now, rhino is extremely hardy and almost impossible to kill or mess up.
