My mate up near Birmingham has offered me a dozen cuts of something called 'I'. It could be any of the other spellings in the topic title. He knows nothing other than it's a stretchy sativa, 8 - 10 weeks in 12/12 and a good yielder. He reckons it's become a popular thing around that part of the country.

Has anyone heard of this lady?

Nope. Welcome though.

Have fun growing it.

Sky, then? Thanks for that, mogggys. Have you got any more info about her? How can I identify the pheno? Heavy/light feeder? etc.

sure do , comes from canada as in dr greenthumb so have a gander and you will find out lots there , grows very easly and streches like a mother fooker when into flower so do it alo earlier than normal , a 2 foot plants gunna hit 4 foot with ease , feed lightly and watch for spider mites as they love this stuff , its a tough plant but the mites will kill it off for sure , yeilds can be excellent , from a large lst plant ive seen 20 oz dry indoors so depends how you grow to what you get , hydro loves this lady but soils a bit more soso , the larger the plant the better i find as small clones dont make bugger all , the smoke and smell is very very interesting , if you have the right pheno your in for a serious treat as it smells beautifully of a citrusy orangey lemoney smell , really really wonderfull to the point you wont be able to not touch it in flower to get this wonderful aroma , its totally top 10 for that smell alone and people scream out for it round here , the plants as tricy as it comes and the stones not bad at all , kick ass but not too body so you still get to live while totally blazed , its good stuff for sure

Thanks again, mogggys. I've taken a look at Dr Greenthumbs site and it says their 'Endless Sky' is 40 - 45 days in 12/12 where as my mate tells me his ladies are 8 - 10 weeks...?
Still, you have whetted my appetite and I'm going to run maybe a half dozen in a kind of scrog thing to keep the height under control. I'll look forward to the citrus smell!

all breeders base the flower time listed as the day one from the time a plant shows pistls and also thats from a clone which is of course more photo receptive , as any strain takes from a week to 6 ( bloody thai for you ) to show its in flower this time is ignored after all who wants to state that lovely 16 week landrace sativas got a reality of 20 weeks before its chopable

another thing is the reason to chop , chop early for a happy high or later for a body stone , the difference on some strains can and will be from 2 to 6 weeks difference , an example is A11 , chop at 6-7 weeks and its a trippy happy giggly high but 2 weeks later and its more of a stone cant be arsed effect , depends on your choice and hence breeders can say 42-45 days with a hand on their black black hearts

I'm a keen outdoor gardener, vegetables, flowers kind of thing. I learned long ago that seed companies give the most optimistic accounts of things such as sowing times, flowering/croppping times, yield etc. I'm just coming to learn that it's no different in the weed world either. Black black hearts, indeed!

You said earlier that Sky seems to have got everywhere without permission or knowledge. What's that all about?
