took down that yellowing plant today, it had a couple spots of mold on it. but it smells citrusy and delish now after ive chopped it an manicured it, got it drying out now. about a gram dry of bud and gram of sparkly trim... bit shit but it smells like it could be a nice first smoke. thats maybe a tenner of bud this year. first bit of smoke let ya all know how it tastes soon,

bind weed is majorly takin over nearly all the plants and weeds have it on in my grow site again today, put black bags around the base of the plants today. will be goin back in two weeks if theres bind weed again i will put more black bags down to make a bigger ring of ground cover from the sun to stop the bind weed popping up. wish i brough more bags up today...

got four flowering auto plants left. one should be an ak47 cross, and three either mossy jems or rasputin, but i dont know which is which and am very disapointed. had well over half males and lots died. the ak survived so much better last year, next year im growin it again. taken well over two months to not even be halfway through flowering yet.

the non auto plants are looking good, had a few losses to slugs but kept up with the slug pellets and the rest are ok now.

femmed white widow looking a bit better.

planted one dutch passion and two purple all three femenised, planted today and theyre very small seedlings. cola bottle around them for first two weeks.

all non autos were fertilised today a few drips of tomato feed, some knettle tea and theyre looking way bigger than three weeks ago! double the size most of em.

got two nearly waist height and lookin great. both startign to alternate leaf nodes now so theyre maturing up.. the rest threres four or five looking good and beggining to bush up and a good few small ones still..

the six small ones are crammed close together, should i cut every other one out or something to space em out?

the biggest plant is now the size of my biggest plant last year, which died at this size and stage so im well happy as its still looking nice and healthy

ok so the plants are all looking well and growing with great passion in this sun weve been having. theres two well over waist height now,

i am going to thailand in five days, there i will stay for two months, so i wont be here pestering you lot for a while, this leaves my grow vulnerable... im going to have to get my mum to come and kill the males while im away. she will visit twice..

once in three weeks, then she will harvest the auto plants, theres three left, and also weed around the other plants and hopefully fertilise them all a bit..

the second visit she will kill the males, fertilise and possibly weed a bit.. shes going for the 7th of september is this ok will all the girls be showing?

yoyoyoyo im back from Thailand and Cambodia. it fucking rocked!!! i fell in love with an angel of a thai girl, theyre so fucking stunning out there! i shall return for her and she will be mrs anaconda19 grow queen extraordinare. its great she smokes weed too!! i told her i get pain in my broken foot and weed helps, she disappeared and came back half hour later with a half ounce sack... what a goddess.

im at my dads house now and his plants are flowering nicely and im soooo looking forward to going to see mine in the next couple days, hope my mum actually killed all the males... ill get pics for you guys soon.

first the biggest female is falling over, it has a lot of branches and has been leaning over against a bush for over a month...

second pic has three strong females, one close to finishing, that ive had a few tester buds from, and the falling fourth at the back... the other three are way off being ready to finish yet... but the one looks good and smells strong and the test smoke was good from it...

the white widow has three main stems, is short stocky and looks good, but it is far from finishing yet...

tucked behind the widow is a dutch passion number one, its short, but has a nice main cola with a lot of small buds on.

then we have my plot that i share with a mate, its got three females left, theyre about ten foot tall and budding very well at the tops... a long way from finishing though yet.. these are very strong smoke bagseed...

these are some pics of the first smoke of the year, i picked a few buds a few days ago for a test smoke and two fresh ones today... the first smoke was a nice up buzz and not too harsh a smoke, but the bud was unfortunately seeded as the males were not all removed from the grow, never trust anyone to do an important job for you, this means the rest will be seeded as well as the same with the other plot...

but theyre pretty crystal covered buds, smell very fruity, my room smells of them when i come into it, they leave your fingers sticky after handling them...

e2a Sorry completely forgot to write that your buds look great man!

the plant i took the tester buds from a couple weeks ago gave probably half an ounce or 5/8ths altogether, it is an ok good smoke, nice up buzz and a mongy stone when you smoke more... got a good eighth smoked already, also got about a quarter in the jar dry and curing, then i picked the last small buds from the plant today after giving them an extra bit to grow, maybe another quarter there. theyre fairly small buds but will be an ok smoke and theyre ready...

first picture is the cured buds from my first tester pick of buds a couple weeks back, these were the top of the plant.

second pic shows the stem of the bottom half of the first plant, the removed buds, trim and a bowl of the buds left from the top of this plant now dried.

third pic is todays picked buds, theyre popcorn buds, but theyre crystal stacked and stinky and left my fingers sticky as anything...

first pic is and eighth of my friends grow this year outdoors, mango crossed with kc33, he has it dried and cured already and has a huge bag of it at least eight ounces, 4gram cost me 25quid.

second pic is the cross joint we made with it...


i also have about an ounce and a half of dried male tops, theyre all mature and some were bursting theyre pollen, they smell pretty potent, especially when you break up the pollen sacks... im planning to make cannabutter with them, how much do i use? hows it done? i will also dry out the close trim from these next few plants in a couple weeks or so when theyre ready to chop and cook with them too...

went back to my plot today, there was quite an improvement from last time, all the buds are fatter and a lot more ready looking than a week ago... they have thickened up and some hairs are starting to brown up. since the light frosts most plants are exhibiting purple traits now...

the white widow is the least ready looking, its short has small buds, no brown hairs, its leaves are thick and green still, but it keeps leaning over i have a stick proping up one branch now, looks like it might have almost an ounce for me if it continues to grow well and finishes... but its got a long way to grow yet.. the small passion behind it is looking a lot better, its browning up now, the buds are thicker and it looks like it will yield about three eigths. will cut that in a couple weeks i recon...
i noticed a purple number one which survived, its tucked right behind the widow and passion and has very little light gettin to it, its a foot tall and its like a twig, it will yield a joint or two max, but its so purple, budding slightly its bright and lush! will photo it soon... dont know if it will even be an ok smoke its so tiny...

the biggest plant leaning against the bushes is showing most improvement, buds way fatter than a week ago and its purple and darker looking, no brown hairs though, except a few in the very tip buds of branches... possibly ounce and half or two by harvest...

the strongest looking plant, taller than me and still standing upright, is looking fatter, much crystals, white hairs allover still but some purpling of buds going on. lower leaves yellowing on her. great looking plant... potential ounce or two from this one

last plant is shoulder height and looking like it will be the next one to be ready to chop, its leaning over a lot so im proping it up with some stick, got some decent buds, maybe an ounce on it in a week or twos time when i chop it.

five females left in my plot then. should be a few ounces altogether and get me my seeds worth in bud at least, but i doubt ill of grown a years supply...

my plot shared with my friend is not looking at all ready and i dont know if it will mature before the heavy frost and end of season, its from seeds from bud from indoor grow so thats why...

back to location x today. not much to report, buds are looking a few weeks off being finished yet, lots of leaves dieing off, some hairs browning up nicely, most buds are not compact yet. its all a little bit dismal looking, they need two weeks of great bright hot weather to cheer them up before they get chopped up.

i found a few spots of mold on the white widow, there was one big bit on the biggest top bud of one branch and some more mold on some dead rotting leaves that hadnt fallen off and mold in one tiny popcorn bud near the bottom, bit worrying, as its very undeveloped and needs at least two or three weeks id say...

the male tops of my plants i boiled with butter for about an hour yesterday, to make cannabutter... thismorning i took the cooled seperated cannabutter and made a small cake with it. put lots of male flowers in, was about an ounce an a half or two there of mature pollen sacks, dry, it smoked not too badly, got a little buzz off them male flowers in one pure joint, so dont know if the cake will be strong or shite... will test the cake tomorrow afternoon as i got a free time then...

i cut down that purple number one, it was so tiny and weedy it was pretty comedic, it was a foot high, with no branches at all, about half to threequarters of a gram when it dries of buds i recon... it only had about 8 real fan leaves, the rest were tiny bud leaves. its soo purple though!
it was ready to come down, there were no white hairs left all brown, pretty crystally too. and soo purple. it doesnt smell much at all though.

my shared plot is ok, it doesnt look close to finishing yet, not a single brown hair at all yet... im a bit worried about this plot as its grown in elephant grass which is fucking tall, so the weed plants are trying to catch up so they are really tall and stretchy, they have not much lower leaves or buds up to about chest height then they bush out and are bright green and covered in buds... so theyre very top heavy, most have a lean one way or the other, no longer strait upright, and two main stems are leaning all the way over, these stems have the biggest of the buds on them.... might have to find some bamboo and do a rescue operation there.... but theyre looking pretty gorgeous anyway

That elephant grass reminds me of chitwan national park in Nepal for some reason Whats your white widow mate?I am chopping mine tomorrow,it lives up to its name,coated in resin Yours will go another 2-3 weeks?

^^^ nice hope to visit nepal some time.. my white widow seeds was feminised from seedsman, it was planted out very late though, and none of these plants have been fertilised this year properly just a bit at the very start of summer.. so i dont blame the company at all for the widow.

next pic we have the passion one and the white widow, the widow is looking very chewed on has some dieing leaves and leaves with marks and holes in frm bugs etc, its buds are small and compact, white hairs, with a few spots of mold as mentioned above... the passion is very light airy budded, but it is got lots of brown hairs will be chopped in a weeks time...

then we have my leaning over plant, this would be the biggest if it was upright, its developing its top buds at the end of all the branches very nicely, theyre darkening up and fatttening up nice, but the lower buds and any in the main body of the plant are all looking very undeveloped... still not a single brown hair yet.

next we have my tallest plant at my plot, its above head height by about a foot, its green bushy and got lots of buds developing for me.... it looks quite strong, but is beggining to lean so today i chopped a stick and wired this plant to the stick incase... i also used sticks and wire to prop up the passion, widow and the other plant at this plot...

there is also a small plant to the right of this big one you can see in the pic, it looks like it between this small plant and the passion as to which is next to be chopped..

my shared grow which had thee plants on it got mostly harvested today guys... they were wired up the other day but they fell over again. so now we have all the ready top colas chopped and have leftthe smaller buds to grow...

we recon theres two ounces harvested once it dries and another to come...

made some honey oil with some of the trip leaves...

there wasacouple small spots of mold we picked off, but mostly the plants looked great, there was a lot of crystals and most of the hairs have gone brown. lots of purpling upof the three plants especially one of them.

we shall return and chop the rest of the buds in a week or two

white widow came down today, it had lots more spots of mold and should be smokable at least, but it wont beat any amsterdam white widow for sure.

so i got two plants left and when i turned up this morning they were both led flat on the wet ground, propped em back up, will chop them in a weeks time i think...

just read this thread over, theres lots i can do better next time, earlier start, better prepared plots, better care for plants throughout life, sex them myself not rely on two muppets, next year i grow alone for myself you cant rely on anyone in this life, more ferts and at the end dry and cure it for longer and better.

well 2009 was fairly wank, what a shite year, i fucking hated nearly all of it, appart from the two months in asia which was the best two months of my life, what a shame i had to spend the whole fucking time in pain it could of been even better and i could of done even more great things.

i was expecting at least a few months worth of stash, hoped for a years worth but it was all toked down in a month an a half max and non of it was strong, non of the seeds were mature enough for next year, none of the smoke was my fav kind of high.

i have bought a shitload of seeds for next year and wanted to prep and dig over my plots early an better than last time but my foots fucked again and they want to operate on it again and im unable to prep my plots for five months now. i hope i can make a late start this summer and get something, at least a big autoflowering mission, or save all my seeds for 2011 which will hopefully not start off with more bad news and more disapointments.

what a shit year, but hey at least i learnt a few bits an pieces to help with my next grow attempts.

Hehehe I got a stress fracture to my elbow so I've done f*ck all for the past 8 weeks, I know its so frustrating but finally my arm is coming back to fully functioning (bending) so I'll be in the fields by the end of this month hopefully. Sorry to hear about your f*cked foot mate, I bet thats a bastard ..
