hi, some people bung em in flower once they show roots, i preffer 2-3 weeks tho, longer veg more bud 
Hi Hazedup, I grew Ice Cream out about a year ago, lovely smoke it was too. It's by Paradise Seeds so you're in the wrong forum but I'm sure VRG won't mind too much! I vegged mine for 4 weeks until they were 12" tall and they finished at around 3ft tall for the indica pheno's and about 4ft for the sativa pheno, that was in a hydro system under 600w HPS btw. I ended up with just over 6oz dried and cured from 3 plants (1 was a mutant and didn't yield much at all). Hope that helps

done em loads off times 4weeks veg mate there bang on
what would you say it tasted like I think i had ice cream back in the day and it tasted vanilla if it was the one unless the dude who sold me it kept a vanillia pod in his weed

smells lovely when its growing

I think they are meant to give a good yield? But the rule of the thumb seems to be - more veg = more bud

with ten plants and a 1000w light, You might get a bit more
And then some with an extra light! Get it on them now!I have one ice cream that has been LST'd for 4 weeks and now scrogged, and a nepalese jam, both under a 250w light!
Not expecting a massive yield but meh!

But that is totally true, some of the leaves I pulled off are bigger than my face!
Terrible overcrowding problems though, and the ice cream likes to sweat alot!
