DP Evolution Fan Controller - enhanced digital control

Quite literally offering a “third way” of controlling fan speeds, the Evolution Controller uses digital frequency modulation to precisely control fan speeds without the need for a bulky variac and without using resistors which can cause unnecessary fan noise. Incorporating digital controls with fully customisable temperature and humidity settings, the evolution controller constantly adjusts the speed of both input and extraction fans to maintain the desired temperature and humidity. If anyone has, what do you think about it and also, what does 'grow room heater' mean???? Any type of heater, or somehting specific???

Apologies all, on closer inspection of the GW site, it's actually an ecotechnics fan controller (still intrigued by what heater it can control).
