ok so i have a 300 watt CFL, 150 watt CFL and a 100 watt CFL....is this enought lumens and spectrum to produce good vegging and flowering its all i have and can get....

i'd say that would be enough to grow a couple of ounce or so 
but for an extra 50w using a 600w HPS your yeild could potentially be around 20oz
thing is with cfl's is they have poor light penetration so keeping your plants short and stocky is as must.

OK let me rephrase my post
cause i think i confused you...I have 3 CFLS 1 is = to 300watts..1 is = 150...and 1 is = to 100 watts....so i have a 72 watt CFL...42 watt..and 26 watt CFL...you get me? so all them added up = 550 watts of light..so can i still maybe produce and ounce off 1 plant? im only growing 1 at thw time being

You should get more than a oz if you grow it well mate
If your only settin your sights on 1/2 oz youll be happy!!!!
Grow it out in soil, feed with tomato feed, cheap as chips mate and youll be chuffed with the results

Im currently using some 4$ soil and have some miracle grow plant food liquid...my plan is to start off 24/0 for a week...move to 18/6 for 3 more weeks....and between that time i will water every 2-4 days and add miracle once every 10 days probably cause i dont want to over feed and cause damage....and then had to flowering hopefully everything comes out good....my grow set up is not the best
SETUP=BOX...2 feet wide...but it has up to 14 feet to grow tall even tho i will flower by 20 inches...
Also have mini fan to circulate air and my room is at perfect temperature...
P.S. Im growing in my closet
forget the miracle grow it contains dangerous chemicals not suitable for smoking

nutrients like bio-bizz (for example)cost around $15 each for Grow and Bloom, two seperate bottles(you can just use Grow if you're short of cash), if your only growing 1 plant they will easily cover a few grows. also the smoke will be superb.

you have 140 watts of cfl EQUIVALENT to 550w of incandescent light
maybe 3 diffenet light positions will help yield, but 140 watts is still just 140watts
keep your plant topped, bent, snapped etc. to help you with yield.growing a 4ft lanky lady won't cut the mustard,i'm afraid

ye all i can get...i can possibly buy 2 x 72 WATT CFLS
And its in about a 3 foot box all around
Ventilation= Fan to circulate with open closet door and air will circulate trust me with controlled temps
Odour control= i got it under controll
i had 4 225w cfl lights in a space of 1,2, 1,2, 2,0m i had bout 4 plants in there for flower and nothing that good to talk about. but when i put in my 600w hps it trebbled my yeild. is there no way of getting some sodium lighting in there m8?

Remember that the CFL setup is = to 550 watts of incandescent light...

u can buy the lot now quite cheap m8. u get the reflector, bulb, ballast in the box bow for bout £80 if not a bit cheaper.
its only a basic setup. but it would do you till u got some more money together m8. hh99

i havnt m8. i just go to my local grow shop and she is wicked she always knocks bout £10-£20 off the shop price depends on how much money u spend on the day i suppose. but dont b shy to ask them for a discount cause they wouldnt m8 trust me. hh99
