I dunno if it varies much but is there a really simple straightforward nute supplier which I can just buy 2 or 3 of their products and be done with it? If it buffers the pH well and isn't too sensitive to user error that'd be good too
Full Version: Easiest most complete hydro nutes?
Am thinking of doing a hydro grow alongside soil, I will do a DWC/dripper combo and basically I want to keep it as easy and simple as possible.

What's a DWC/dripper combo? I'd have thought either one or the other would work best.
I did bubblers with the lucas formula for years and as I never got the pH stable I simply quit tending to them. New res every fortnight and top up with water every day or 2. Looked awful but yielded well. Have always been curious how that lazy bubbler style compared to soil. I couldn't do a side by side because I suck at soil. GH Flora Series hard water micro and twice as much bloom is all you'd need for that test.

Thanks mate, a dripper/DWC combo is something a mate of mine got into and raved about, he was getting up to 14oz per plant under 600W so he knew his stuff.
Basically you have your plant in a regular bubbler but you also have a pump in the bottom that pumps the nutes through a dripper ring around the base of the plant, it drains through the medium (clay balls or whatever) through the roots and then drips back into the bottom of the bucket. I think this is the same as 'krusty freedom bucket' that's on here somewhere. He also found putting another ring of bubbler tubing at the bottom of the medium to aerate the nutes more as they trickled through it helped a lot too so I will try that also.
I tried this once before and growth was phenomenal until my loft temps got out of control in the summer and basically stopped it dead and I had to abort it.

If you're using any type of dripper system i'd use the Canna Aqua range i've had consistantly good results and would never use anything else in my Aquafarms 
i have found that the green dream 1 part nutes are extreemly stable plus ou only eed to buy the veg and bloom botle because it has a high level of p and k in the bloom part that makes there no need for any boosters or p k supliments so ou only need buy two bottles i used to use all the ddifferent canna nutes and found that green gream is sooooo much better for me
