Hi ,can i reduce my 4in ducting down to 2in ,or will this affect the fan(ruck 100a)

Seriously reduce air flow....don't do it, there must be another way?

As I understand it.... your fan pulling air through a smaller gap will put more strain on the motor. You will also get more of a rushing.. WHOOOOSH sound from the air.

2" ducting? What's on your mind mate?
