That will get very very hot. If i were you I'd think of a smaller light (perhaps enviro) or a bigger tent. To keep a 400 cool in a tent that size would take some serious extraction, which would sound like a jet engine and cost a fortune in leccy. pinch.gif

I would be thinking short(ish) plants or LST, I have grown in 100x100x180 tent and even in that headroom plants left unchecked will burn under a 400 as you need at least 12 inch clearance. I suppose you could use a cooltube tho...

What intake/extraction fans are you using?

It may pay you to attatch a couple computer fans to the reflector blowing towards the filter to help keep the temps down.#

If you have the spare head room go for a taller tent i use a 400w in a 1x1x2 bud box with not much temp problems but you will prob have some temp issues with a tent that size unless you get a vented hood for your light or a good size fan.
Good luck and happy growing

cheers guys for the info. i already have the tent and im in veg stage at the mo, so i could get a 250whps instead of 400 also my extractor is a EXTRACTOR FAN TT100 CARBON FILTER SOK 4" is that any good for keeping it cool with a 200whps
