okay, i have a converted attic into a bedroom, but behind each wall is a small space which i would have thought perfect for growing in. There are already small doors to each space, so i can access it for storage. The measurments are; 1200mm high, 1700mm wide and 1000mm deep. There is a diagonol roof which measures 1900mm. That is probably quite confusing so i've drawn a little diagram.

Main worries.

Unfortunatly, the space in the loft is pretty well sealed up to keep the heat in so if the air im extracting out of the box is just being blown into a small space (about 5 times the size of the grow box) will it be too high a temprature to be re-used in the box to cool it down?

i'll provide pictures with my digi cam on pay day (tuesday) when i can get some batteries

some of you may be saying that the stuff im buying is expensive too, but its all from my local shop, cant order online unfortunatly.

But if you can give me any feed back on these ideas, i would be gratefull :]

Hi as your extracting all your stale air where you getting your fresh air from.
If i understand you am i write in thinking your gonna be using the same air not a good idea also you could do with your fan near the top and the ducting running down then you would get max sucking power cooling the bulb to

went to work tonight to find out that i had only been paid 580 quid, when ive been doing 7 shifts a week for the last 4 weeks . Got to go in tommorow and sort it out, i think i might be able to blag it with using some of my holiday pay though so i push it up to 700. owe 390 quid out so thats why its a bit lame :/...

maybe i'll just buy like the fan and carbon filter this month and get the rest next month....

why not get a roof slate vent,you can buy to suit most roof pitches,and from what i can read of your plan you could virtually vent next to your light,they [roof vents] are not expensive,and either cut a couple of inches of bottom of door or cut hole in door,and fix vent/louvre cover over,through ventilation easy,being an old joiner/toker this is what i'd do,cheers buddie regards,twinkle

Sorry to hear about your mate R^type I know from experience how much it takes out of you when a close mate dies (being 43 I've lost quite a few along the way).
