Well I decided last night to chop even thought the true day was not till sunday.

Family commitments dictated that it had to be last night.

Took me and the wife from around 8.30pm till 2am to chop, trim and seperate all the big buds down in to little ones.

Ended up with a wet weight of 587.1 grams (around 20-21oz) after final trimming and removal from the main branches.

Not too bad off one plant in my eyes, must have trimmed off an oz or 2 in the last few weeks to keep us going as well.

Am I right in thinking that it will loose ballpark 2/3 of the wet weight when dry????

Can't wait for it to dry so the cure can begin.
The smell in my house is narcotic, worried about the neighbours smelling it just now. Got scented candles burning just now.

Managed to scrape a joints worth of nice resin off my fingers and scissiors last night.

Rolled it into a ball and added a little dusting of dry skuff to it to bind it better and make it easier to manipulate in my fingers.

Smoking it just now and all I can say is wow!!!!!

This stuffs a heavy hitter.

I've got around 2-3oz of trim/air buds in the freezer to do a bubble run then poss a bho run on whats left.

Can anyone reccomend a set of bubble bags/sacs that won't break the bank???

would be nice to see some piccys

you could get the ice o lator kit as its cheaper then bubblebags, but not as well made

and you dont get as many layers you only get 2 bags

personally i would go for the 4 bag bubblebag kit

ive got the 8 bag, but u dont really need it unless u want seperate grades of hash

but the 4 bag will still catch all your trichomes and u will get 2 grades of hash

That makes me very happy then as I'd guessed at that much but wanted someone on here to say iy first.

Gave them just water for the last week-ish to flush and the final days before crop i let them go without to allow them to drink themselves dry, if you know what I mean.

I've got all the buds in those round net shelf storage hanging things from Ikea.

Hanging in the drobe without the light but with the extractor still going on the timer, on for 1.5hrs off for 1.5hrs etc

How long should I dry them in there for before I put them in jars???

I know peeps say till the stems snap not bend but I could do with a ballpark time cos I don't want to under/over dry it before curing. Was thinking bout 7-14 days????

Then into jars, don't know how often to burp them tho???
