what do you think is the shortest outdoor strain?
i have found a site that is so amazing, but the only problem is that if the plant gets over say 4 foot tall the security of the site will be seriously compromised.it will also be a lot harder work harvesting a 6 foot + monster.
i was thinking of growing passion#1 but iv have seen some of them that are getting around the 6 foot mark!which would be way to tall.i wont be able to visit the site a lot so i dont wanna have to rely on training or anything.

the strains i had on my list were : top44,swiss miss, durban poison, hollands hope and early girl.which of these is the shortest?or are there any others you know of that are very high thc aswell as being small.
if i cant find one i may have to resort to lowryders.which i dont really wanna do,but they would be very practical.

Maybe you could prune them well and tie them down? Or just dont give them as much veg time. Or an auto strain

I'd scratch the Durban - mine grew about 12 feet, planted June (check out photo in my sig)

Next year I'm going for some Canadian strains - Mighty Mite, Donkey Dick and crosses. They stay short and crop early. Any large strains will be planted out in July.

I'm also doing an early crop of Auto Hindu Kush and Blueberry as soon as there is enough light and heat.

Phatt Fruity by Barney's Farm?

Excellent blend of fine genetics. The origins of the parents stem from Afghanistan, North India and Mexico. Suitable for indoor and outdoor cultivation. With a good resistance to moulds Phatt Fruity has a distinctly earthy taste and a pure couch locking stone effect. Outdoor harvest time: Early october THC: 12% - CBD: 1.3%

Violator Kush by Barney's Farm?

This heavy-producing indica-dominant plant grows short with big leaves, thick stems, and bushy growth. Buds are heavy and must be staked for support. The finished plants display extraordinary densities of trichromes. A musty smell and taste. The effect is couch hugging comfort. Grows short with well-developed side branches. Genetics: Malana, Hindu Kush. Outdoor harvest time: End of September. THC: 22% - CBD: 1.5%

Night Shade by Barney's Farm?

Harvest Date: End of September Night Shade is a wonderful hybrid strain originating in the Himalayas. It grows short and fat, producing huge fat buds. It has a sweet pine scent and is very potent, with a heavy stone effect. The indica kick is unmistakable wrapping around you leaving you cosy and warm.

Guerilla Gold 3 by Greens Seeds?

Early Gold x (Afghan x Mighty Mite) F6 - GG#3 has the most outstanding consistent potency out of all my GG lines and it is also the most afghan dominant. This is an early and hardy outdoor strain that produces tight, extremely resin coated nugs with a very dank sweet seasoning and acidic hash smell. It has a very powerful euphoric and psychedelic effect and relieves pain as well. Great bag appeal. Harvest end of August to September 10th. Height: 3 to 4 feet. Yield: 2 to 4 ounces per plant

Manitoba Medicine 2 by Greens Seeds?

(Freezeland bx X GG#2) x Guerilla Gold #3 This brand new cross is closely related to Manitoba Meds, but this has GG#3 as the father. Expect short, early, and hardy outdoor plants with very good potency and dank sweet seasoning and piney smells. Harvest end of August to mid September. The yield should be at least 2 ounces per plant guerilla grown and up to 8 ounces under optimal conditions.

hi
nice to see more guerilla growers.
im hoping to do my first in 09, and have decided its going to be something real indica (doing hash passion at the moment and seems great) or a lowryder#2.

HP is good if you plant to grow a foot then pinch the top out, it will branch nicely.
but all round i think an "automatic" flowering strain has its plusses too for me anyway.

and lets face it, if your bud goes mouldy, you can always iso the fuckers!
(actually its supprising how much iso you get from 6 x 1ft plants 1wk flower when they hermi on you)

anyway enough of my rambling, hope you have a good grow in 09 biggrin.gif
you aint seen me
I had some GH cheese, in a tiny tent 3ft tall it is, never reached the top, after a bit of bending
