hi all. just repotted into final 11 litre pots on friday
i fed them last night with EC of 1.8
the run-off was 1.4
ph - 6
but went in this morning and the end 2mm of about 60% of the leaves have gone yellow
600w lamp is 85cm
temps 20 - 28c
humidity 40 - 70
no pics im afraid as my cam died .
but the plants are looking healthy overall apart from the tips
should i flush them or bump up the fodder?
He in coco Was, How old are they? 1.8 seems quite high don't u think?
Also how far is the light away? As you say its just the main cola tip? Or is it all the tips?

i'm mixing half the strength as the bottle says
my tapwater has ec of 0.7 so it would be 1.1 yes?
should i cut down to say quarter strength?
light is 85cm
yellowing tips are on the top half of plants
plants are 6wk in veg
if the run off is less doesnt that mean they need more?

thanks again jiff
i did a flush the other week, then i have been testing the run off and eeking it up when the run off is less than the feed going in
the last feed was 1.8 in and 1.4 out which i thought indicates they need MORE or is it different for coco?

never heard that mate , you have to read the plants
if the lose there green and start to yellow , up the feed
if the leaf tips burn , drop it

do you reckon i should flush them tonight or wait till the next feed and give them say 1.0 ec?
bearing in mind the 11 litre pots are gonna take about 3 days to dry out by which time the ec in the coco is gonna skyrocket

stop trying to measure the ec of the coco
coco dont need a wet dry cycle , ive got best results watering every day . its really hard to overwater with coco as long as they ain standing in water
get some pics up and then we can say what to feed

thanks , ive lowered my ec to 0.8 (my water is 0.6)
ive got brown spots appearing on the tips near the top of the plant,
is this just recovering from the nute burn or is it getting worse?

yep my water straight out the tap is between 0.5 and 0.7 !!!
my last grow it was 0.2 so fuck knows what theyve been doing to it - its not as if i can ring up and complain that my tap water is a higher EC
i think im just gonna have to hope for the best . (if i brita filter it would it drop?)
im wanting to go into flower today but i'm not sure whether to wait till they have fully recovered, the lower shade leaves are a deep rich green and shiny but maybe 30% of the tips are yellow and about
10 of them have brown spots.
