an indica with sativa high ? is there such a strain ? is there a link where this has been discussed befor ?

I doubt if I'd be able to answer your question anyway Shiro, but could you explain what you mean a bit more please? Are you wanting a quick flowering sativa? There's loads of indica/sativa crosses out there, just not sure what you mean by an indica with a sativa high? Pardon my ignorance please.

sorry , i realy was after a more uplifting high , rather than couchlock ... maybe i should think of chopping a little earlier at the expense of loss of weight . maybe chop just as trics are turning milky (i didnt give the latter a thought till you just asked me to elabourate) could be an idea ?

I find white widow (mr nice black widow) to be quite uplifting, in fact in quantity it can make me quite expansive.

I've been looking at a quick(ish) indoor-able sativa called Kwazulu, which reportedly, zulu warriors consumed before going into battle.

I'm no expert but i reckon a sativa dominant hybrid such as proper white widow would be better than a pure sativa, which might be too intense to be uplifting but still maintaining a happy relaxation

Durga mata is pure indica but not couchy.It's surprisingly uplifting.Love it.

Sensi Star..... the 'hint' of sativa can really be felt.

Also Durge Marta but its not as strong as the Star.

In fact, check out th whole Pardise range, they pride themselves on their hybrid high's.

Go for G13 Skunk from Mr. Nice.

It's very strong and has a clear head buzz going on, well until you stop doing anything then the couchlock kicks in. It grows quickly and gives big yields.

just look for 50 / 50 crosses e.g opiom
or 60 / 40 sativa doms e.g jacky white

jack flash from sensi, sensi star from paradise as already mentioned, white russian from serious there are quite a few out there. If it were me personally i would go with either ak47 or white russian, both have reasonable flowering periods and both stay a reasonable height
