White Russian
White Rhino

If there not the same strain then can anyone answear the following:

Which one is the most potent out of the three?
which one out of the three produces the most bud?

So, why is Arjan a PoS ?

If Arjan "never had the mother and fathers that shanti used as breeding stock" then how come RezDog and others say the GHS SSH is better than MNS SSH ? It is also less variable than the MNS version, pointing to the opposite being true.....i.e. MNS is more like a "recreation" than the real deal.

FYI, a lot of MNS seeds around is old stock and plenty of people are having germination problems, Greenhouse keep on winning cups and do very well in blind competition before you start telling people they buy the Cups ....

Arjan is not the breeder, he is the owner and plays no great part in the breeding, he may say a few silly things, but that does not make him a PoS, nor Scott Blakey/Shantibaba some latterday saint.

I should have replaced MNS with shanti as he took all the breeding stock and left Arjan with white widow.

Who was the breeder, who has the parents, MNS, Shanti took all his mums and Dads when he split with Arjan, and Rez states that to get a SSH like his it is better to go with MNS as they have the original breeding stock.

I have grown out a lot of different breeders wares and have had quite a few that are old stock and didn't germinate.

Most breeders just ignore you as one V famous one did when I complained about 2 lots of different genetics from their stable didn't germinate, plus I got all his fanboys on my back telling me it was my error.

The difference in breeders is when one replaces that old stock without fuss instead of blaming it on growers error as most of the rest do.

Shanti is that one, I personally haven't had any problems at all with the 2 strains that I have grown from MNS but others have and had them replaced without a problem.

I do not care about breeders "looking after people" ... most people fail due to their own faults or are just lying to blag more seeds. If Shanti is such a standup straight as a die geezer, why is he letting out old stock and then "generously" replacing seeds when people have wasted time growing them ?

FWIW, I had a Reservoir strain fail massively this year alongside a BC BudDepot creation I suspect may be 50% rubbish.... 3 ghs strains are doing very well .... I saw 20 different strains grown out this year and have a fair idea of what I am talking about. I have not lost any faith in, nor publicly complained about Reservoir and look forward to running at least 3 different strains of theirs in 2009. GHS have not failed me yet and some of their stuff is clearly excellent.

It is usually the seedbanks fault when it comes to old stock, not the breeders.

I think of "seedbank" as just the breeder and his brand, the seedshops as retailers ... but yes I agree .. however if the stock out there is old, or experiencing problems, they can recall it. GHS have annonced a problem with AMS [iirc] and recalled it, MNS has problems with some old stock germination [so it is probably heading for 10 years old..ish] and is replacing seed for people who complain and caan produce proof of purchase.

I am not saying ghs are perfect, nor just that MNS are bad, just pointing out some facts, the amount of utter tripe repeated by the haters about ghs is a joke.

I've used ghs, dp and barneys. Ghs&dp never had hassle with. In fact I have had 100% germ rate with dp and out of about 30 odd 10 packs of ghs 2-3 single seeds didn't germ. All fem. None herm. The story with the barneys is.... I smoked red dragon in there 22nd just gone. It was so nice I went next door and brought 5 red dragon 5 top dogg. 2 red dragons hatched. 2 top doggs.
