what nutes you using and what's your pH?

spotted you are Ionic nutes from your profile, I had a deficiency early on in flower which looked like your picture but it was just the growing tips were very pale, I lowered the pH cos' I thought it was a nut lockout but also added some epsoms to the res, the plantd looked better within 2 days.

I ythink it was more Mg deficiency than nute lockout actually

sounds like Mg. def.. (Magnesium)
Yellow new growth - Iron def.
Yellowing stripes/chevrons Mg.

could possibly something completly diff.
cant tell without your own picture.
If they were my plants i would treat with Mg.

"the man at grow shop said its coz ive bin mixing nutrients in cold water"
ERRRR WTF!

get yourself to a BIG boots branch and get some epsom salts, cheap as chips and enough for a few years.

put about 3/4 teaspoonfuls in a container and dissolve in hot water then add to res, that is what I do with a 200L reservoir, if yours is smaller adjust for size.

That is, if it IS Mg deficiency, as has been said pictures paint a thousand words.

THE PIC YOU HAVE PUT UP IS A ZINC DEF! 34.gif

We cannot help you if you cant post a pic of your own plant mate....
could be any manner of things.
many deficiencys show similar effects to begin with..

I still think you have Mg def. Personally...
Zinc Def. is quite rare..
Go take a pic....... OF YOUR PLANT!
Peace out
Tree Man
heres a pic of when i had Iron def.

no green veins as such...

It's not Zinc, nor is it (Mg) - the plant in the pic is (Fe) deficient!
