Absolutely.. grow em.. make cuttings of em.. clone em.. make moms.. the whole sh'bang! No worries. I would think that genetically you might get a stronger breed from a batch of regular seeds.. but hey man they work just fine, and take lots of headache out of sexing and such..
Take about 30 minutes and look through
this..

Main problem is going to be lack of choice.

Go with regulars if you going to clone them a herm is hard to spot but a male is a piece of p*ss

They are more expensive than Regular ones but still worth every penny if you dont have much space. Ive done more Femmed grows than taking my chances with 10 seeds. I like both types of seeds but see nothing wrong with femmed ones. Kinda nice knowing that every seed germed is female. People talk about them hermie-ing although never had an occurence, then again it alse depends on the genetics and how much you take care of your plants.

Got 3 femmed paradise seeds Ice Cream on the go, no problems at 5 weeks, just phrosty looking gorgeousness. compared with the regular biddy early they're weeks ahead and showing no signs of didginess.

The only thing to worry about with some feminised seeds is if they have been self sexed to produce the feminised version, this produces a S1 seed (S standing for self) and a S1 is in fact a F2 as it was a fertilised by a plant from the same generation, hence some (cheaper) feminised seeds wont display as much hybrid vigour as the F1 seeds. this is also the the case with any feminised re working of a clone only strain.
oh no does this mean my femmed warlocks are gonna be less... warlocky? do not want!

we'll see when they pop. not cheap beans though, would assume they took the time to retain that hybrid vigour, important factor innit.

aye yes "femaleseeds" seedbank, I grew 2 dwarf skunk special plants that cropped me an ounce each. i wanted to do a fem ice grow but the seedbank ran out of seeds completely

then gave some excuse saying 3 month wait for next batch that turned out to be 6 month

so i cut my losses on fems and grew AK48 and demolished my ass for weeks.

With fem seeds it's the quality and reputation of the breeder you chose first imo. That settled then pick from their range. I use Paradise Seeds fems, rock solid rep. Could clone I suppose but don't see the point.
Keep in mind that the breeder has 'Female, no hermies' as the top priority so if you want the best keeper of a strain, regular seeds is the way to go.

I've had good and bad experiences with feminised seeds.
If you've got time and space to sex em ? Save the cash and stick with regular.
In theory you should get a more uniform crop with fems.

Yep - i got 2 fem paradise ice cream and a mixed bag of other fems at 6 weeks flower.......just germed another three the other day, my second grow was fem dutch passion skunk 11 and they were ok too - few bananas nothing major (average smoke though). Hey THC4METOO mine look well ahead of the others in the room as well - s'why i germed another 3.

Most plants will herm if stressed, its a genetic trait that is no more prevalent in feminised seeds then non-feminised.
(you take the time to type hermaphrodite but not, aren't, to & you?
