What fan should i use with (Ikon (Phat) CF 100/150 - 200m3/hr)? Moneys a issue at the moment so preferably nothing pricey also breifly, how do i go about linking the two up? my knolege of air moving/filtering is some what limited unsure.gif

is it a 100mm or 150mm says both unsure.gif

think the 1 i got cost arround £40, u can tape the fan & filter together with duct tape & short bit of 100mm ducting between the 2, would need duct clips for a bigger fan but tape will hold fine 1 this size.

Ah ok thanks alot. you know where i can get one for around that price? If thats not conflicting with forum rules ofc.

depends on budget , but with cheap bathroom fans its a false economy imho

The fan you need has nothing to do with what filter you happen to have. You should select the fan only on the volume of air you need through the grow.

The volume of air is almost always dependent on the heat gains from the lights that yo're using, and where your taking intake from, (the room the grow is in, or from outside air). Post that and the fan can be be selected safely, taking into account the reduced flow caused by the CF.
